First of all, the hotel needs to be SERVICED. We stayed in suite with awesome views over the Indic Ocean, but the room was wall stained with humidity, the balcony floor needs to be repaired urgently, the wooden blinks of the bathroom are broken.On top of this, we had plans to have dinner there as the place is far away from everything and we were tired,but to our big surprise, the butler appeared and told us that that day THE KITCHEN WAS CLOSED, AND HE OFFERED US TO HAVE DINNER IN JIMBARAN FOR 1,000,000RP.Of course, we declined, astonished and afterwards he offered to take us by motorbike to another restaurant nearby if we paid him 80,000rp. .At that time , we were very angry and refused to go on talking and he BEGAN TO BARGAIN WITH US THE TRANSPORT. We left and finally had a nice dinner on Bingin beach, 10 minutes far away on foot. I would strongly suggest the hotel to deal with this person and with the lack of service.
