Sari Inn Lombok

We could not fault our stay at Rascals. Peaceful yet close to the main street, the attention to detail in the room was superb. Thank you Jackie for your warmth and genuine drive to make sure that everyone is happy with their stay. You make every guest feel special and you have an amazing team. The Lombok traditional curry and coconut prawns are amazing! Love the fact that the resort is kid-free and other guests that we spoke to all agreed. Would definitely book again! Thank so much for a lovely break.

Wow. Where do I start? Great location, in the heart of Kuta. The grounds are simply stunning. The pool and gardens are beautiful. The decor is tasteful yet fun. The staff were all simply gorgeous; their smiles were such a welcome, they seemed genuinely interested in where all the guests came from and were keen for a chat, and the service always 10/10. The restaurant was stunning: the food was all healthy yet so delicious, and food and drinks were reasonably priced. The room was beautiful and clean, and the rainforest shower stunning. The bed was SO comfortable. I had three days of spa treatments and they were all fantastic: massage, spa pedicure, hair treatment and facials. The wifi was strong for Lombok, as I had to work. The little touches, like bringing a buzzer with menus to you when poolside, down to Mala the doggo... I loved every moment of my time at Rascals, have already recommended it to others, and will definitely be back. The perfect retreat for me to reflect and relax after my dad died. Thank you so much to all of the staff, especially Jaqui, Nari, Banding and Bobby. A truly magical holiday.

Beautiful hotel in Kuta (Lombok). Great pool, very friendly staff, with breakfast included which is more than sufficient. Located only 100m from the Main Street, where you have all types of cuisines, messages, tour organisers and the beach perhaps a further 5 minutes. Will definitely stay here again next time in Lombok.

I went with some girlfriends and we absolutely loved it. We had hoped for a relaxing holiday and that's exactly what we got. The rooms were stunning and clean, the garden was beautifully designed around the pool and the food on offer was tasty. The spa was divine. Great massages and facials at a more than reasonable price. All the staff other than reception was friendly and helpful. We found reception staff quite aloof. While helpful they gave off an air of wanting to be somewhere else. Other than that I couldn't fault the place. There was nothing better than turning around the corner from the busy main street to walk up knowing that a little oasis was waiting for you.

How not to be amazed at all the splendours that this hotel offers . “Super Deco” 💞 As soon as we arrived at this hotel, we felt good. The setting is extraordinary. Everything has been designed to promote relaxation and pleasure of the eyes. The place is sublime, it was a real relaxing moment around the pool All the staff are on the small est care and the restaurants are fabulous. A dream stay! Everything is great in this little corner of paradise I really recommend this address you will not regret it!
