The rate was reasonable. It was affordable. For five nights, I had a pleasant experience. Some maintenance and service wouldn't go astray, including fixing the doors so that they would slide open properly, ensuring that the ashtray near the pool was empty and that the room was cleaned daily in the same way. Breakfast was provided, it was delicious, and the fruit dish was excellent. The staff was pleasant and coordinated taxis to all the locations we needed to go to at a reasonable price.

街の中心地まではバイクなら2分、徒歩でも15分。通りから少し奥に入っていてとても静かです。プールもあるしとても清潔で、部屋も広くスタッフもフレンドリーで楽しく過ごせました。冷蔵庫がないのがちょっと残念ですがそれ以外は朝食も美味しく、フルーツも沢山でてくるしかなりお得です。

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und eine tolle, saubere Anlage in zentrumsnähe. Frühstück ist sehr lecker und ein sehr günstiger Rollerverleih ist möglich. Wir kommen wieder!

A hidden gem in Kuta. Spacious private villas, that are very clean. Staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful. Tasty breakfast and very reliable wifi.

Shu Villa was by far the nicest place we have been to during our 4 weeks of travelling indonesia. The owner Armand was very nice and welcoming. He organised us a scooter within 10minutes so we didn't even have to bother walking to the next rental place. Overall he was very helpful and caring. The breakfast is delivered directly to the room/bungalow every morning which is a very nice service. The room was comfortable perfectly clean with a really nice bathroom and shower.

Overall, I stayed here for 5 nights, and I had a great experience. Certain maintenance and service, such as fixing the doors so that they could open properly, ensuring that the ashtray close to the pool was empty, and that the room was cleaned the same way each day, would not go astray. The fruit plate was a nice addition to the delicious breakfast that was included. The personnel was courteous and helped arrange a taxi to all the places we needed to go to at a reasonable cost. It was worth it for the cost.

I would not go to another place without some maintenance and service, such as fixing the doors so that they would slide open correctly, making sure the ashtray near the pool was emptied and the room was cleaned every day in the same manner. Breakfast was included and was delicious, and the fruit platter was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helped arrange cabs to all the places we needed to go to at a reasonable cost and reliability. For the price, it was decent value.

Villanya bagus, bersih dan kamarnya sedikit. Jadi berasa vila milik sendiri. Karena bisa bebas berenang juga pagi. Di dalam satu ruangan ada 2 kamar, kulkas, kompor, termos panas. Jadi bisa masa sendiri di pagi hari. Plus ada wifi.

A comfortable, reasonably clean but reasonably priced boutique hotel situated about 1 kilometer from the beach. Staff are great,good breakfast. Can hire scooters on site and airport transfers are catered for.The only thing we would say is a few things are getting a bit tired, a bit of upkeep required here and there.Our bedroom pillows needed airing(read replacing) or something as they were covered in mould spores under the pillow cases.

スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで、こちらのリクエストにはすぐ対応してくれました。立地もクタの中心地まで徒歩圏内ですが、静かなところです。コストパフォーマンスがよく、ビラの中には台所も付いているのでちょうき滞在にも向いてると思います。プールがないのがリゾートをきたいしてる方には少しマイナスポイントかも。

This is a place with 2 villa to rent. House is clean & comfortable with 2 bedrooms including shower room, a great and comfortable living room, large equiped kitchen with new household appliances. Garden is quiet and properly maintained. Staff is very friendly and do everything in order to you enjoy your stay (book taxi, find a motorbike, recommend place..). There is a washing machine for your wears freely as well. Regarding the location, homestay is set back from the road, so no noise from traffic. Only from mosque but as everywhere in Lombok. The only thing to improve is the shower room : the "windows' give the way to mosquitos and the sink without cabinet is too small for put his belongings. For sure this two points do not prevent you to enjoy your holidays !
