Lokasi dekat pelabuhan ambarita, selain itu juga tepat di daerah wisata tuk tuknya, sehingga tidak susah cari makan karena pas dijalan tuk tuk. Fasilitas seperti kettle tidak tersedia, kolam renang belum selesai dibuat, khusus untuk di yg bagian kamar superior terpisah dari kamar deluxe (kamar deluxe di danau), kamar sangat luas ada balkon untum melihat ke danau.

Di tulis fasilitas ada AC, tapi nyata nya tidak ada AC, nginap 4 malam, 2 malam pertama nya tidak ada air, minim lampu, sehingga terkesan sangat horor. ranjang nya sangat kotor dan kusam
