Once I have done the checkout, I want to write these words to you. I will be especially critical in both Booking and TripAdvisor with the hotel. I am not one of those who tell me that everything has been wonderful and then makes a bad review and I will give you my reasons. I am a person who goes straight and this Andy can tell you.
I appreciate your kindness and that you have gone for my medicines.
Before coming most of the criticism in Booking was based on a number of reasons. 1. Dirt in the area. This is not attributable to you, we have already talked about it. 2. Cold water. For me this is not a problem, and I have been too many hotels that lack it. I won't even mention it. 3. Open bathroom without roof. Nor is it a problem for me. Nor will I talk about it. I understand that the people who criticize this are an occasional traveler. 4. Bad WiFi connection. Upon arrival at the hotel we talked about this, I even asked you to change the room ... you could not problem it. You made me see what you were talking about with the WiFi technician ... but honestly there are people who have written about this for quite some time now and you still can't solve it. I think the solution should not be so complicated. To say that you have free Wi-Fi in all rooms is not to be true.
Tonight for work reasons I needed internet. I went to the restaurant at 11:30 pm and there were three people sleeping. Thus it is impossible to work. If I had an acceptable connection in the room I wouldn't have needed to go. Of course, I could not work.
I will record. 5. The high price of meals. Paying for a plate of spaghetti Bolognese 85,000 is outrageous. I have been in Indonesia for a month and I have not paid that price even in places more luxurious than your restaurant. This prize is more expensive than in my country. Never seen this in all Indonesia. All the dishes are very expensive and I only see one explanation. I see that few people eat at the hotel but all the people have dinner. It is impossible to dine outside the restaurant due to lack of light and it is very uncomfortable to come from somewhere else. And I understand that you know this and take advantage of it and I will be especially critical of this. 6. At 5:30 a.m. starting to work the machines is disrespectful to the tourist. If people come to rest and at 5:30 a.m. you have the machines running, you don't look for your guests.
It is supposed to be a resting place. They woke me up, I have the excavator 25 meters away. This is unacceptable.
Better close the hotel. 7. The theme of yesterday's excursion was also unfortunate. I meet at 7 and the boatman comes at 8 ... and I don't want to continue ... and as I told you yesterday, try to charge 800,000 girls to go to the opposite island ... and that person is a hotel worker which I understand that you get money from it. I don't know how you would react ... but for me it's a scam.
I am really disappointed with the stay at the hotel.
I understand that you don't like what you read, but I hope you know how to value and do something about it. It is much easier for me to tell you nothing, but just like yesterday, I wish you the best and try to make you see the opinion of a frequent traveler. I will be back in a few years, because as I said yesterday the possibilities of the area are immense ... than what I have seen in Indonesia, the best area by far is this one ... but it is in very bad conditions.
