Hotel ini belum terlalu lama berdiri. Lokasinya strategis, bisa diakses dengan berjalan kaki ataupun naik kendaraan online. Kondisi hotelnya masih baru. Kebersihannya terjaga. Harga makanannya terjangkau, tapi tidak ada fasilitas gym, kolam renang, dan tidak ada coolbox. Tidak cocok untuk backpacker.

Hotelnya bagus, bersih dan rapi. Makanannya lumayan enak, hanya saja housekeepingnya cukup mengganggu, jam 7 pagi dia mengetuk pintu untuk menanyakan apakah ada cucian. Untuk kisaran harga, masih kalah bersaing dengan beberapa hotel di kawasan Jl. Pierre Tendean (Boulevard).
