The gym is small but functional. Good location. Some equipment is quite old but considering where you are in general, good gym. 70 k day pass or 240 k for 4 days. Friendly and helpful staff. Water and towels are provided at no extra cost.

Highly recommended! Fantastic gym on such a tiny island! The majority of the traditional equipment required for the standard exercises is in the gym. There is a free towel, a shower, air conditioning, and drinking water. There is an upstairs boxing and callisthenics area without air conditioning. One sessions price is currently 70 k.

The gym is fantastic. The equipment is new, secure, and has a variety of options. The staff is also friendly. However, the bench press isnt balanced properly, so its not recommended for weight lifting. Unfortunately, my bar slipped on the side and damaged the tile. Overall, its a great gym.

Gym tua, tapi semua yang Anda butuhkan untuk berolahraga dengan benar. Barbel, dumbel, berbagai katrol kabel, mesin untuk tubuh bagian atas dan kaki. Lantai dua memiliki area "fungsional" yang luas dengan area matras, palang, karung tinju, dll. Biaya sesi latihan 70 k. 4 K. Air gratis. Saya akan pergi ke sana lagi!

Pemilik tempat ini adalah orang Australia yang sangat ramah. Meskipun peralatan olahraganya baru, kualitasnya kurang bagus karena berada di Asia Tenggara. Terutama, pastikan untuk memakai kancing saat melakukan bench karena palang pelat di kedua sisinya licin. Jika dilihat dari samping, banyak bekas pelat yang tergelincir ke samping dan palang jatuh di sisi lain. Selain itu, mesin smith juga agak aneh dan tidak berfungsi dengan baik kecuali Anda meletakkan pelat di kedua sisinya. Berat maksimum dumbel adalah 25 kg. Tidak ada pelat kunci 2,5. Air dan handuk sudah termasuk dalam biaya masuk.

Tidak ada ruang untuk berganti pakaian. Tidak. Anda harus berganti pakaian di toilet yang sangat kecil dan tidak nyaman (ada juga shower yang sangat merepotkan dan tidak nyaman). Alih-alih loker untuk barang-barang, yang ada hanyalah rak terbuka. Handuknya sangat kecil (lebih baik ambil sendiri). Saya belajar di lantai 2 dan di sana sangat kotor. Lantainya terlihat seperti belum pernah dicuci. Ada 2 matras dan setelah saya mengerjakannya saya sangat kotor sehingga saya merasa berolahraga di luar akan lebih bersih. Jika lantai di lantai 2 dicuci akan lebih baik.

Gym yang sangat mahal. Tidak ada Wi-Fi selama 4 hari saya menginap di sini. Speaker mati 2 hari, 2 hari nyala suaranya jelek. Mesinnya agak ketinggalan jaman. Harga kartu gym, pwo dan protein sangat tinggi. Kotor dan berantakan 3 dari 4 hari meskipun staf terus-menerus berada di sana. Dan air gratis. Dan sudah termasuk handuk, tapi baunya tidak bersih. Dan staf mencoba membantu dan lokasi bagus Pada saat yang sama, mungkin inilah yang bisa Anda harapkan di sebuah pulau yang sangat kecil.

Kamarnya cukup bagus meskipun tidak memiliki celupan dan lebih banyak beban. Di sisi lain, mengingat manajernya adalah penggemar binaraga, saya yakin gelarnya banyak, saya sangat kecewa karena dia mentoleransi orang yang berlatih tanpa handuk dan bahkan bertelanjang dada. Hotelnya dekat dengan pelabuhan, tinggal berjalan 2menit saja sudah sampai. Restoran nya minimalis tp nyaman, staff nya sangat murah senyum dan helpful. Hotelnya menyewakan sepeda fatman bike, cocok untuk keliling pulau. Ditambah fasilitas gym yg bikin tetep sehat selama traveling. Mbak Ury dan Ben very very helpful.

I could go on, but if youre reading this, just go check it out! I paid 70 k for one visit, which is very reasonable given the quality of the equipment they have. Im already looking forward to next year, it has swayed my decision to stay on trawangan out of the three gilis. The gym is amazing, with everything you need and more for a good workout. And what a view as you train. The owner was very helpful, and there is water and towels too. I could go on, but if youre reading this, just go! I paid 70 k for one visit, which is very reasonable for the equipment they have. Im already looking forward to next year, it has swayed my decision to stay on trawangan out of the three gilis.
