Hotelnya megah dan luas. Sepertinya pernah jaya pada jamannya, soalnya furniture dan tema kamarnya old classic spt tahun 80/90an. Tempat hotelnya agak jauh dari pusat kota (terutama jam gadang). Saya akui kamar bersih, tp di kamar mandi spt ada tikus yg keluar masuk lewat lubang pembuangan air karna ditemukan sedikit kotorannya, padahal pintu kamar mandi selalu saya tutup. Air hangat untuk mandi sebenernya ada, tp butuh waktu lama, jadi sebelum mandi, keran harus dibuka selama bbrp menit sebelum digunakan agar air hangat bisa terasa. View dan udara di balkon, cakep. Kamar tidak berAC, tp karna di Bukittinggi, jadi suasana memang sdh dingin. Waktu saya dan pasangan menginap, pengunjung tidak begitu banyak, jadi hotel yg luas ini agak terkesan creepy saat malam hari, tp Alhamdulillah aman² saja, tdk ada hal janggal kok. Semoga bisa berjaya kembali dan hotel bisa mengikuti tipe² masa kini. Terima kasih... Kamar super bersih. Ada kolam renang anak-anak.

Kamar nya jauh lbh mending drpd yg resort, tp lantainya ttep aja kotor. Tp ya sudahlah. Saran saya tlg perbanyak lg cleaning servicenya. Sayang bgt maintenance nya cuma bercanda. Trs poolnya krg safety, ingin infinity tp malah bahaya. Pinggiran kolam anak2 bisa jalan2, kmren smpe ditegor sm yg lgi sarapan krna bahaya merka lari2an/jalan disana sementara pagar pengamannya hanya 30-40cm. Dan air dr pool sering tumbah ke restaurant yg di bawah

Agak susah berharap dengan pariwisata Sumbar, padahal alamnya betul2 indah. Tapi maintenance ga serius. Resort besar tp karyawan sedikit. Utk rate 1,2juta kamar yg di depan pool, sangat2 prihatin dan ga worth. (Apalgi kamar2 yg lebih murah??!).Keran air wastafel kecil. Kamar jelek, jorok, dinding berjamur, begitu jg kamar mandinya. Biar gambar yg berbicara. Kelebihan resort ini hanya alam dan staff nya yg ramah2. Sarapan juga okelah. Lebih baik pesen yg suite(hotel barunya aja)
