Zifa Kuta Lombok

The property and staff at Zifa were amazing! Everyone was always smiling and beyond attentive to our needs. We enjoyed every minute while staying here and hope to return one day! Thanks for everything!

Zifa Kuta was an absolute wonderful place to stay in Kuta. The villa was large, airy, and clean. The bed is super comfortable. Room comes with tv, mini fridge, small closet, and bed side tables. Tea, coffee, and water are provided in room. Bathroom is a wet-style shower, but it is slightly lower than the floor and has a curtain, so it does not make the whole bathroom wet. My only complaint about the room is that the light in the bathroom is very dim. The porch has a swing seat which was very comfortable and blinds for privacy. The garden is stunning and was a lovely place to relax and listen to the birds. I spent many happy hours enjoying the garden and my swing. The pool is just what you need to cool off and have a refreshing dip after a day out. The staff are very kind, polite, and helpful. August checked me in and, throughout my stay, he made sure I had anything I needed and gave helpful suggestions. When a large-scale Internet outage throughout Kuta put me out of contact with my family for over a day the staff somehow got a message to me and back to my worried family. I would definitely return to Zifa Kuta and highly recommend it to others. There was a little noise from a hostel nearby some nights, but it ended around 10pm most nights.

Stayed 2 nights, our first time in Kuta Lombok & so glad we stayed at Zifa. Liya & her staff we fantastic & nothing was a problem. Rooms nice & clean & the pool was very nice & surrounded by a beautiful garden. Breakfast each morning was perfect 👌The location is fantastic 20 mts to the main st of Kuta surrounded by nice restaurants & bars Stop looking & book Zifa you won’t regret it it’s the perfect spot.

This hotel features 5 individual bungalows, a small pool and a breakfast area. It is just off the main road with two clubs close by and a mosque up the street. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. The bungalows with there cute interiors are let down by the bathroom. Poor water pressure , an undersized shower curtain and leaking vanity mar an otherwise pleasant room. The air-conditioning struggles. Breakfast is perfect for those on a diet.

Fantastic owner, staff, location, and hotel. We kept extending 1 day at a time as we couldn't get enough of this place. The pool was perfect when we didn't want to trek to the ocean. Location was great as we could easily walk to a number of nice restaurants and bars. Price was very competitive given all this - this place is a steal!
