There were 8 ladies in my party for my nieces 21st ranging from age 17 to 72! In making the booking Jennifer was very informative and helpful and because we had to reschedule because of lockdown she made sure to accommodate us on a different date. Had an amazing time at the thermal suites and then our treatments the spa staff were very helpful and friendly especially Jayne checking us in, Shannon, Grace and, Ciara doing the treatments. We stayed in the penthouses which were fabulous, and a lovely birthday plate awaited the birthday girl in arrival. Johnny and Dougie organised a movie in the cinema for the 8 of us which was great fun as we had it to ourselves. Had a lovely cocktail in the bar afterwards. Breakfast the next day was amazing and the staff were great especially looking after 2 in our party that are coeliac (even giving them a doggie bag of their pastries they couldn’t manage to eat) A special thanks also to Majella, martina and Yvonne for their lovely welcomes and assisting us over the course of our stay we have all been talking about how lovely and helpful these staff members were. Great to get a €50 return stay voucher on checkout also once I signed up to their news letter I will be making sure to use it before the end of February next year when it expires, great little touch.

Stayed here for two nights in September as a staycation, hotel was great, spa great, breakfast great, enjoyed the walking trail, felt recharged and said at checkout we will be back before Christmas. So the first stay prefect. With all the different Covid rules in the British Isles I decided to call the hotel before making my second booking. I phoned and the reservation guy, assured me they were open, spa was open bars were open and sounded a little annoyed at me for asking. I went online and double-checked everything on the website, no restrictions were mentioned so I booked for the next day. I had just left my dogs off at their kennels so we could leave early the next morning when the hotel called. They advised me they were cancelling my reservation as they could not accept Northern Ireland or UK guests. Cost me £50 to the kennels to go nowhere. If you have restrictions in place, please advice people who call and warn people on your website.

I and two friends recently stayed in The Heritage. There was a lovely atmosphere in the hotel. Every single staff member that we came across from start to finish was fantastic. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and excellent at their jobs. You got the impression that they were genuinely happy to be there which makes such a difference. We used the spa facilities and booked in for a massage. The therapists were professional, friendly, and provided excellent treatments. We had afternoon tea which was delicious. Dinner was in Blakes restaurant, the food atmosphere and decor were all fabulous. What a treat of a hotel. We can't wait to revisit once the covid restrictions have lifted. The staff make all the difference and each and every one of them is a credit to the hotel.

We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all staff at The Heritage for a wonderful night away. Rooms beautifully appointed, stunning lobby area, wonderful selection at the afternoon tea and tasty dinner in the newly refurbished Blaskes Restaurant. We have stayed a few times now and the spa is amazing too! We feel for the staff of the hotel and it is so sad that you have to close now for six weeks. Don't worry, we will certainly be back! Special thanks to the lovely Susan and Chloe in the afternoon tea area, thanks for the lovely chats and thanks so much for the prosecco, we celebrated our wedding anniversary in style! Thank you also to our waiter in the dining room, Daniel. He was so attentive, friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our dinner so much! Four words: WE WILL BE BACK! Take care and stay safe.

Hotel was lovely dinner was very nice Warren in the bar was pleasant and Adam serving us breakfast was very professional and friendly. The room standard was excellent and the hotel was very well run with all the new restrictions great staff and nice people
