The location is a few minutes of walking fron the pedestrian area of Madonna, so its ok if you want to be a bit away from the noise. Its not too close to the lifts, buy theis shuttle bus service works flawlessly, so no problem there. Its on call all the time, and we never waited for more then 15, 20 min. The hotel is nicely decorated and new, with spaciois rooms, the only problem being the heating...it was either too cold, or too hot we requested fot them to turn it up. A standard 21° C would have been nice, but that was a minor annoyance.
The food was ok, standard buffet breakfast, with a limited choice + ordering directly from the chef anything hot you want prepared. On some evenings they had entetainment in the lounge which was nice, and just to mention the separated cigar room, which is plus if you are a smoker. The service was good, somewhat depersonalized, and they seemed to treat guests somewhat differently depending on thier origin...for instance, thet seemed to very politely repromand some of the European guest when some sort of etiquette was slightelly broken.....but when the loud, and somerimes rude American guests were in the hotel, all rules were suspended for a bit. Things like walking totally wet from the pool in the lobby, kids playing in the elavator, etc....I understand the cultural thing, and diffetent expectations, but still. Othervise I would still gladly recommend this establishment as a good 4* experince, especially for a family.
