· As a genius2 booking.com customer i have travelled at more than 50 countries and spending in Hotels more than 6 moths per year the last 25 years of my life so far. -Concerning the hotel/room i had, was tiny and too hot(no A/C), so not suggested for summer time.(The fan they supplied inside the room was only for decoration) The bathroom 3 square meter and 1,90meter height, the shower was only for peope up to 1,70 height and 70kg. The water pressure Low to 0. -Concerning the restaurant after my arrival i asked to have a table for dinner and i was told by a blong lady that i had to pre-book a table. She advised me to wait 10-15 seconds but after that told me one hour. I asked what time the kitchen is closing and told me 22:00!! I was so surprised tbh cause in a touristic place like RDG normally the kitchen is closing at least at 23:00 during the summer. I decided to sit inside with 33C, depsite the lady and the owner told me to visit another restaurant not far away !!! The food was ok but not VFM and not for the recommendations i had read online.(€60 per person for one starter, one main and a glass of wine) I left at 22:00pm and returned back at 23:30pm, then i realized that they were still serving many dishes from the kitchen and i was really surprised. In the morning i asked the same lady if the kitchen finally was closed at 22:00 and she told me yes. I asked her why they were keep serving after 23:30, her answer was if i want to make a compain to speak with her manager. That’s the most unfriendly and unprofessional behavior i have ever seen. Finally left the Hotel dissapointed on day earlier even i had prepaid my accomodation. -Concerning breakfast you have to do something with the flies during the breakfast cause is not nice see them back and fore flying from the one jam to the honey...!!!
