This place is nearly impossible to find and when you do, you have to ring a residential-looking doorbell and then climb up 3 flights in the building next-door to the rental rooms, to fill out paperwork. The first night, I was told it was too late to pay by credit card (it was about 7 pm), and to come back at breakfast (which was cold croissants and coffee/tea. No attendant around). I came back (3 more flights of stairs) and he ran the card several times but said it wasn't going through. I would have to give him cash. So, I went off to find an ATM. Payed him in cash and thought it was all good. The next day, I check my credit card statement, and the charge is pending! I showed it to him and said that if the charge cleared, I would contact him and he assured me he would take care of it. Well, it did clear and I emailed him to ask for a refund. That was a week ago and there's been not a word. I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It was a good enough hotel but definitely not worth all this hassle!
