Hotel was about 30 minutes ride from Roma Termini, and was right by the train station. Cute little town outside of Rome, and full of good spots to eat if you don’t want to eat in Rome! Very friendly staff, and very clean rooms. Get the balcony! You won’t regret it.

Everyone was so accommodating. We picked this hotel because it was across the street from the train station, but it was on the hill which required many steps on either side, not good if you have a lot of heavy luggage. We were trying to catch a pasta making class and they quickly checked us in. In the morning it was raining so heavily and the staff who served breakfast tried to call a friend to take us to the train station. Though no one was available on a Sunday, including taxis, we were so grateful that she tried. The breakfast was lovely, the room comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the city was large and impressive. Definitely would recommend the hotel if you don’t have a lot of luggage, the staff was incredibly nice!

What a great surprise! We were looking for a hotel in Rome for our stay in Italy and couldn’t find something we liked that would be in our budget. We came across this hotel and read in one of the reviews that it is half an hour by train from Rome. We decided to take it. What a great choice! The hotel is just what we wanted; an authentic feel, a welcoming crew and beautiful view of Rome. The train ride (given no strike happening) is short and about 2 euros each way. The town, Frascati, is a gem! Amazing restaurants and great vibe. If you stay there on the weekend, Saturday night is filled with people and music from the piazzas and restaurant.

I stayed here for 8 nights while I volunteered at the World Equestrian Games in Pratoni. The room was spacious and cleaned, fresh sheets and towels (many!) daily. The balcony was huge and had an amazing view of the sunset and Rome in the distance as well as the castle on the hill. I love how you can walk the beautiful cobbled streets to so many amazing restaurants, gelato and other stores and hotels. Frascati is an amazing relaxed gem of a town. Perfect place for a quiet restful vacation where you can walk to everything. I easily took a taxi from FCO to the hotel through the Samarcanda app and the hotel arranged transportation back to the Airport for me at the end of my stay. The shower stall is a bit small for larger people, not sure if they are the same size in all rooms. sometimes it took a little while for the hot water in shower to reach me, most times, it was readily there. hair dryer and soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. small room fridge and fan, and has "splitters" for AC.

I was accommodated in a business room on the second level for two nights. Room had a large terrace and a somewhat limited view of Frascati, on higher floor the view must be better. The airco was a bit noisy, so I did not use. Breakfast was a continental style, I liked it. Staff was kind and did their work excellently, everything was immaculate. I would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cacciano hotel. The location is great. You can walk all over the city of Frascati. Our dinner in the restaurant was one of the best we had. We had a rental car but the hotel only has two parking spaces. We managed to use that for most of the days but the weekend is very busy there and we had to go to public parking and pay. Our room had a wonderful view and the room was very nice. The daily cleaning needs some updating: forgot to leave glasses one day. They did not return dirty dishes to the restaurant for us. If you want hot water in your room you need to carry up the water heater and hunt for a ceramic cup. They mainly have plastic glasses.

Останавливались в отеле на 4 ночи. Очень понравился Фраскатти и отель. Прекрасное решение для посещения Рима в летний период. Станция электрички в 2-х минутах от отеля, до Рима ехать 30 минут. В Риме жара, духота и толпы туристов - возвращаешься в отель как в рай. Воздух в городе чистый, свежий, очень много зелени. Номер чистый,мебель из натурального дерева, что сейчас редко встретишь в современных отелях, новая сантехника, правда, в душе вода часто была еле теплой. Огромная терраса с мебелью - можно посидеть, полюбоваться потрясающими видами и панорамой Рима. Завтраки обычные. Очень доброжелательный персонал.

Расположение - идеальное. Если, выйдя из здания вокзала, поднять голову - над вами отель. Современное здание, зажатое с двух сторон особнячками. Отель над вокзалом, но поездов не видно и не слышно. Да и ходит только один поезд, в Рим и обратно. Город маленький, исторический центр рядом, обойти можно за час. С балкона вид на простор и закат. На ресепшен можно взять чайник в номер и персонал на ресепшн очень любезный Уборка - честная. Не ожидала, что в трехзвездочном отеле такая качественная уборка, Из минусов номера только душевая кабина. Самая маленькая из всех, мной виденных в отелях. Я даже испугалась, что не помещусь. Поместилась, но у меня стандартная комплекция. Человек крупный или полный - не уверена. Ну и на полу лужа, дверцы в душе не герметичные. Но не это было неприятным моментом. Весь негатив связан с рестораном. Завтрак стандартный итальянский, то есть грустный. Но к этому я была готова. А вот что в 7 утра не у кого попросить чашку кофе, а без двадцати 9 мне будет отказано даже в куске хлеба... Хлеб закончился, сказали мне. В ресторане закончился хлеб??? Просто девушка спешила все убрать, я была последней гостьей. Пришла пообедать, кухню ресторана хвалят. Все было прекрасно, пока официант не принес счет. Ну нельзя же так! Если я иностранка, то меня непременно надо обмануть? Счет исправили, убрав, что я не заказывала, но настроение было испорчено. Больше я сюда не приходила. В городе полно ресторанов, везде было вкусно, а еще и душевно, а еще и не обсчитывали.

I came here for a business conference. And this is a nice place because of its calamity, quietness and peacefulness. It is quite far from the city center so the train connection is a must. It could be a problem because there is only one train connecting here and Rome center. And the last train is about 8 - 9 pm. So one has to be quite accurate about the schedule. I like the breakfast here. At first I assumed only some simple milk and bread. But they also serve some lovely cakes and a full plate of cheese and real ham. Sometimes they also serve delicious egg-pie (maybe quiche but I doubt if they call the same way). The coffee is really strong that supports me for the whole day even with some hours of jet-lag. The room is comfortable with double bed. But after careful observation it should be regarded as double-single bed. So there is a slit between two beds. Sometimes it takes some efforts to tug myself out. But the bed is very comfortable with fluffy pillows. The shower is not so ideal. It is difficult to predict the water temperature. Sometimes it only takes some time to get hot water. But sometimes the whole shower is only lukewarm. So it could be a problem when the weather is cooler. And one also needs good strategy to locate a stable wifi spot inside the room. The restaurant is highly recommended. This is the first time I try Italian cuisine with such exquisite taste. I enjoyed very much on the many layers of taste in the food. Though it can be quite crowded.

Great value and close to town. 5 minuet walk to multiple restaurants. Limited Breakfast included in my room rate. Staff was helpful and spoke enough English!
