From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They were incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any requests or questions we had. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions, arranging transportation, or advise for a parking spot.Theu made our stay memorable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and accommodating place to stay.

Really interesting place. Very large room tall ceilings with a fan. My room had two beds but I was a single booking. The place is hard to find not a hotel more like airbnb rental. Lady incharge of check-in knew zero English but the process was simple enough as was check out. Very good value for money but I was in early summer season.

La scelta era stata fatta per la vicinanza all'acquario, con 4 bambini è stato strategico. Ma la posizione è fantastica perché è nel cuore di Genova antica, nella piazza della chiesa romanica di S. Lorenzo. Alla sera sulla via S. Lorenzo si è radunata un'umanità bellissima e coloratissima! I bambini erano assolutamente a loro agio anche nei vicoletti caratteristici della zona, che consiglio assolutamente di esplorare.

Wonderful Hotel in perfect location near city center, but still in a calm area. It is more kind of a Bed and Breakfast than a Hotel. I can recommend renting a suite. Very spacious and amazing view. But unfortunately it has a very small shower, compared to the big and nice bathroom. Overall a great pleace to stay. Wifi is fast and works well.

A bit hard to find but definitely worth the search. Be prepared to park in a lot and carry your luggage several blocks. Awesome experience staying in such a quaint atmosphere.

Eine ungewöhnliche Unterkunft , das Hotel hat Zimmer in verschiedenen Häusern , fast nicht zu finden in der Altstadt , keine Parkplätze vorhanden , d.h. im weit entfernten aber dafür bewachten Parkhaus , typisch Genua . Unser Zimmer war ein Appartment in einer traumhaften Lage über den Dächern von Genua , viel Platz , alles neu und supersauber , modern , wegen der Unterkunft wären wir gerne noch länger geblieben . Frühstück hatten wir ausser Haus was bei der Lage in der Altstadt kein Problem ist , alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert

Fantastiskt läge mitt i gamla stan och mitt emot den stora vackra domkyrkan "Duomo" och i en gammal palats-miljö, men renoverat med design-hotell-ambitioner. Men Genua har två sidor, slummens och de rikare delarna. Genuas gamla stad är Europas bäst bevarade medeltidsmiljöer, med gator som inte är bredare än 150 cm, men det är även tillhåll för uteliggare, knarkare och prostituerade. Såsom svensk var det lite omtumlande att kliva in i denna miljö, men samtidigt ska sägas att vi råkade inte ut för någonting alls negativt. Vi hade vår motorcykel stående på en öppen parkering mellan hamnen och gamla stan men den var trots våra farhågor, hel och ren dagen därpå. De prostituerade står i dörröppningarna på de allra smalaste gatorna men där finns det också fantastiska hippa och andra genuint italienska restaurangerna och vackra inredsnings-shopar. Så låt inte denna recension avskräcka dig, utan åk dit och bo gärna på detta hotell. Vi skulle gladeligen göra det igen.

Realmente muy bueno. Ubicacion ideal. Nos dejaron en un cuarto enorme con cocina completa en un palazzo vecino, muy lindo y comodo, con desayuno incluido sin cobrar que no esataba en el precio original. Cuidado, es un poco dificil de encontrar, en la plaza en frente a la catedral. Hay que dejar el coche en el citiparking, caro.

Gastvrij ontvangen. Kreeg een half uur voor ontvangst aanwijzingen via app. Met codes werden we naar binnen begeleid. De kamerRuimte vonden we heerlijk met hoge plafonds. Er draaide 1 plafondventilator, Extra ventilatoren zouden voor meer comfort zorgen, want het was binnen net zo warm als buiten, 32°C... We kwamen met 4 volwassen en moesten helaas 1 grote handdoek 1gastendoek en 1 middelgrote handdoek delen.... Ze waren waarschijnlijk vergeten om de kamer van schoone linnengoed en handdoeken te voorzien en vier koffiecups te voorzien.... Nu zijn we niet de lastigste gasten om te delen van elkaar.... Al met al een prima plek om 1 nacht door te brengen.

4 day visit to Genoa and surrounding area. The Palazzo Cicala is situated a 5 minute walk from San Giorgio metro. Access to apartment complex by door code at street entrance. I stayed two nights in basic apartment € 75 and two nights in superior apartment € 111. Both rooms spacious, small fridge, coffee machine. Room windows face out onto small square. Beds comfortable. I thought it was reasonable value for money given the excellent location.

Posizione eccezionale e stanza enorme. Peccato per l'assenza dei servizi basici (tipo la cuffia per i capelli, le creme corpo e capelli, ...) mentre caffè, open bar e frutta fresca alzavano molto il livello.
