Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that an additional final cleaning fee will be charged for the use of the kitchenettes. Our reception is open for the check-in from 15.00 until 19.00 (upon notice) Our check-out time window is between 8.00 and 10.00. In case of check-in or check-out out of our time-window, guests are kindly requested to contact us. In case of confirmation of early/late check-in/check-out, we inform you that the request involves a surcharge.
