It's because of the great Atmosphere created by The Courtleigh Hotel and Suites, That Persons From the LGBT community can openly attend event for created for them in the comfort openness without the Fear of Judgement. The Staff has been nothing but warm and inviting while remaining professional while getting the job done. A big Thanks to the Team at The Courtlegh Hotel and Suites for Making the Space Accessible for persons form Our Community.

I just want to officially say thank you to you and your staff for making Brian and I day a memorial a one. At first things seems hopeless but I appreciate your words of encouragement and your excellent customer Service. you made us feel comfortable and confident. Working with you not only brought us the experience we were looking for; but enriched our faith in professionalism. All the skills that are necessary in your field were very apparent throughout a process that can be intimidating and anxiety ridden. You and your staff knew what it like to generate good will at every turn. I was impressed with the catering, the decor and I will choose you guys over again. You are well placed in your industry, and I would highly recommend you to anyone who crave excellent service. Thank you for your contribution to a happy memory.

I visited the hotel with colleagues for a workshop. I was impressed from the time I set foot on the property. The reception staff were extremely helpful and I soon learnt this went for all persons working there, those who worked in the restaurants and the cleaners were equally as kind. The rooms were well kept despite the small refrigerator in my space that was unusable because the door was unhinged, in spite of that I had a good night's rest for my short 3-night stay. The outdoors are very well maintained. Saving the best comment for last- the food! Breakfast was so yummy and the offerings at the pool bar are not to be missed. I recommend the snapper taco.

We liked the Courtleigh just fine.  Staff was fantastic and I really appreciate them giving me a hand with the Board room.  It helped me out tremendously.    Food in the restaurant was very nice; we only wish room service could go a little longer (like 24 hours ?) Thank you and we will be seeing you again for sure !! - Kai

I would like to commend the management and staff at The Courtleigh for their calm and professional management of communications and operations during the start of the COVID19 outbreak. They immediately took the appropriate measures to clean and provide hand sanitizer to guests whether coming in for meeting, visit a guest, staying over or dining. Well done! If you have to be in the Kingston area, have no fear. The Courtleigh is equipped to make you feel safe and comfortable during this turbulent time.
