구마모토 쇼핑센터 안에 있는 호텔이라서 접근성이 매우 좋습니다! 구마모토 교통센터까지는 도보로 12분정도 소요되고 근처에 백화점 마트 등이 쭉 포진해있어서 쇼핑하기도 좋습니다! 오픈한지 얼마되지않아서 욕실이나 방이 매우 좋고 매트리스가 특히 푹신푹신해서 아주 잘 잤습니다! 화장실과 샤워실 모두 넉넉하게 갖춰져있어서 편했구요. 여러모로 추천합니다!!

這裡沒有電梯，上下樓拉行李不方便，沒有可以上鎖的置物櫃，有簡易的公共空間，洗衣機跟烘衣機，掛衣架可以晾衣服，有冰箱，房間走道算大，原本註記要下舖，但是依入住順序只剩上舖，隔天有換給我下面的床

新しい施設なので設備はキレイで申し分ないです。共用スペースに十分すぎる広さがあるのですが、貴重品・荷物をしまうロッカーがないのが致命的。その広さをロッカースペースにも割いてほしいところ。結果的にベッドエリアで身支度をする人が多く、安眠には少し厳しい。なお、Expediaに記載はないですが、バスアメニティ有料(300円)です。

因為當天行李有些問題要到接近半夜才能入住，可是入住櫃檯只到九點。聯絡方式還要打電話。打了電話又還要等對方聯繫訂房網再給答覆。結果給的答覆是半夜太晚。請直接去找其他飯店入住的答案。有點無言，雖然是自身行李問題，但是卻無法寬容

歯ブラシ、タオル、バスタオル、館内着、サンダル、鍵付きロッカーは付けてもらいたかった。後、外での話声が聞こえてきて、ちょっと治安も悪く感じたしうるさい。いくら検索しても、ここの住所と電話番号が出て来なくて場所が中々わからずに苦労した。寝室のセキュリティーが緩いのに、女性が同じ空間で宿泊してるのもどうかな？と、感じた。これなら、値段うん年よりちょっと高めのビジネスホテルとか、寝カフェで宿泊した方が全然マシです。申し訳ないですが、もう二度と利用することはないです。
