I want to commend the hotel to doing so many things well and trying hard to be welcoming... the problem was (and maybe this is just when we visited) was a lot of loud obnoxious guests.
For example: They are offer free ramen, coffee in lobby, a neat onsen oasis, plus handy laundry facilities - so thumbs up. However, many/most patrons in the onsen didn't understand the normal procedures and customs even though there were signs.
Again, the hotels are trying hard but just keep in mind was hectic, loud and crowded, plus the rooms are small. Good price and pleasant staff. Fine unless you are a bit sensitive to noise and commotion.
