The Japanese style room design really looks great and comfortable. Every bed is installed with a big TV and headphone is provided. As it's a hostel focusing on female only, they have lots of amenities available for rent (including hair curler). There are seats in front of every washing basin, which is really attentive. Although there is only 1 shower room on every floor, I typically use the public bathroom all the time as it comes with an onsen. There are sauna room as well but I didn't get to experience it this time. The location is a big plus, very close to the station, big camera, and have plenty of food options surrounding the area. Would definitely stay again. The only downside is that the length of the bed seems to be somewhat shorter than other hostel, which may not be comfortable for people who are tall (maybe 170cm ish).

I stayed at the Centurion Cabin & Spa for five nights in July during an unseasonably cool week in Tokyo. Though it's labeled as a capsule hotel, I'd call Centurion Cabin & Spa (not to be confused with Centurion Residential Cabin Tower, which is the all-male version) more of a hostel with very nice amenities. I paid about $30 USD/night to sleep in what was basically a very nice dorm room with about 10 two-story bunk beds. Each bunk bed had a blackout curtain for privacy and an individual flat-screen TV at the foot of the bed. (I loved the privacy that the curtain afforded, but it was also quite hot in my little capsule with the curtain closed, and I would've preferred a bit more air flow.) Towels (bath towel and hand towel!) and a locker with a key were included in the price. As a nice touch, no shoes were allowed in the hostel, and you were only supposed to eat downstairs in the kitchenette/lobby area; this meant the hostel was generally extremely clean, even when we endured several days of rain. The housekeeping staff cleaned daily, but I found that the large dorm size contributed to the bathroom becoming pretty dirty each day. I bought a cheap pair of bedroom slippers at a Daiso to wear in the bathroom because of that. But by all hostel standards, this was one of the cleanest and most well-kept hostels I've ever stayed at - and paired with the sauna, spa, and impeccable service, it was a great deal. The location of the hostel - in the business district of Akasaka - was perfect for a tourist like me who wanted to blend in with the locals. I'd say about 80% of the hostel guests were Japanese - perhaps women who missed the last train home or needed to spend a night in Akasaka? - and as a result, there wasn't much interaction between guests. I've never stayed at a hostel where I didn't introduce myself to the other people I was sleeping next to - and here, I didn't speak to a single soul! Interesting experience. I would definitely stay here again.

this place is amazing! there are ipads everywhere for guests to use. first, the check in process was very pleasant. my capsule was the top bunk and there was no ceiling to the capsule. it felt more like a cozy room. the bed was super comfy and there were many plugs, lights, shelves & spaces for your needs. there was a large screen tv w/ headphones & an ipad for my personal use. there were several lounges, depending on your desires. a tv room. a chill out room with more ipads ... an ipad at every lounge chair. extra blankets if you feel like curling up for a nap in the public area. this is an all women’s hotel that was super quiet and pleasant. the bath areas had a large public bath style room that i had entirely to myself on two occasions. i highly recommend this hotel. it’s relaxing and beautiful!

I have never stayed in a Japanese cabin before. I think I was expecting something smaller and more enclosed. Pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of the curtained-off built-in bunks. Everything spotlessly clean, and enough toilets and washbasins on each floor. It was a bit surprising to have to leave the floor and go down the lifts to the basement for the showers. Don't forget your swipe cards or you won't be able to get back up in the lift, or into the sleeping level.

The last night in Japan we decided to spent in capsule hotel. We choose Centurion Cabin and Spa, it was very interesting experience. It's not typical capsule as in other hotels as you can see on photos. The "rooms" or just beds were separated with sliding very thin doors. Shared typical Japanese bathroom (see photos) was not acceptable for us but we were lucky and could take shower alone, without other ladies. The staff was nice and polite. The breakfast can be served even in the early morning but you need to order it the day before. The luggage can be stored at the beginning of the corridor or in common room. We can recommend this place for 1 night stand.
