According to local tax regulation, guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Effective from June 1, 2019:
Accommodation tax of JPY 100 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates JPY 7,000 and over and less than JPY 15,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 200 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates less than JPY 20,000.
Accommodation tax of JPY 300 is charged at the property per person per night for room rates of JPY 20,000 and over.
Breakfast for children costs JPY 800 per night and will be paid at the hotel.
Children 0 – 12 years old will be charged JPY 800 for a meal when using existing bedding.
Water and Power Outage
On May 6, 2025, due to a statutory inspection, there will be a power outage throughout the entire building from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and tap water will also be unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding in advance.
