Overall, I had a great experience. The hotel itself is located in a quiet corner behind the busy shopping streets. It's right next to one of Tokyo's metro lines so you'll occasionally here the metro activity, but I personally did not find it bothersome. The room itself is small, but makes great use of space to fit all of the amenities so this didn't bother me. The staff are extremely nice, and helpful. This is especially in the case of luggage-forwarding services, e.g. Yamato Transport. The front desk can assist in this matter if you so wish. If there are any concerns about the service, then a local Yamato Transport office is located less than a hundred feet right outside the hotel entrance so ask away. Would I recommend this hotel to a family/friends? Definitely. Thanks so much, Dormy Inn Premium Shibuya Staff!

Dormy was recommended by a friend and was a great stay in the middle of Shibuya. The rooms were standard Japanese hotel sized—double bed in a small ish room but was exactly that I'd expected. The highlight of the stay was a fair sized onsen that didn't get crowded when I went there. They also offered a little ramen meal at night to celebrate the Christmas season. The price was pretty good all things considered and it's super convenient to a lot of shopping. Would absolutely book again.

Located between Shibuya and Harajuku. Very close to Meiji Temple. Friendly check in staff. Clean and cozy rooms. Nice to have indoor onsen in hotel with steam sauna, hot, and cold pools. Provided popsicles at night and Yakult yogurt drink in mornings. In house Japanese ramen at 9:30 PM to end the night. May be difficult to fit in a lot of large luggage pieces. 0.75 miles to Yoyogi park if you want to run during your stay. Lots of amazing shopping within walking distance. 5 minute walk to Meiji train station. Only 10 minute walk to Shibuya station. Highly recommend.

The room that i stayed was clean. Understand that this may be an older hotel, therefore, furniture is a little dated but this isnt much of a problem. However, i like the configuration of the shower being separated ftom the toilet. Like many guests commented, hotel offers supper for the guests, they also do yogurt drinks in the morning and ice pops at night. Little things to make a guest feel welcome.

I had an amazing stay here with my wife for a few days in Shibuya. It was easily walkable to the train station and lots of local restaurants, shopping, and the Meiji Shrine. There was a large tub in our bathroom that made for a nice recovery from a day of walking around the city. I was especially grateful for how quiet the room was, especially being so close to train tracks. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Shibuya.

This hotel is on the main stretch in Shibuya, but it is tucked away is a quiet alley. It is a 10 min walk to Harajuku and about 10 mins to Shibuya crossing. It is a small room (normal for Tokyo), but it is a neat little boutique-y hotel.

Perfect spot to stay for a 17 hour layover in Tokyo, near Shibuya crossing. Clean, comfortable, quiet with all the amenities you need and wonderful onsen (hot mineral bath) perfect for relaxing before sleep. Short walk to Shibuya crissing and food and shops. Excellent breakfast included. Lovely staff.

This hotel was perfect for my stay. The area is convenient to both Shibuya and Harajuku. A little far from train stations if you dont like a 10 minute walk. The best part for me was the 24 hour onsen, I had jetlag, and woke up super early. There was never anyone there in the wee hours. It negated any downsides of the place. Such as, the room was small (though fine for one, I would not like to share with another person), and the view out the window was just another row of windows. That said, all the amenities were there, Including Netflix. Breakfast buffet was good too.
