직원들은 상냥하고 친근감 있었습니다. 우메다역 근처라서 우메다역을 이용하기에도 좋았구요. 침구는 편안했지만 세탁을 안한 것 같았습니다. 캐리어를 둘 장소가 없어서 불편했습니다.

Excellent staff and cleanliness of the room, only 1 shower on level 2 (women only). Little bit cramped for space within the lockers but the room itself was definitely spacious enough to put my luggage in the corner. Safe outside door lock after 9PM. Would definitely return and recommend!

外装、内装共にとても綺麗で、みんな静かでマナー、客層共に良く、よい環境で過ごすことが出来ました。スタッフの方もとても親切でした。女性専用シャワーがあと一つ多くてもよいかな。ベッドの隣同士にもカーテンが欲しかったです。各階に、トイレとシャワーと、洗面台があり、とても清潔で機能的でした。地下鉄やバス停までも近く、移動にも便利でした。総合的にとてもよかったです。また、泊まりたいと思いました。

엄마랑 둘이서 떠난 여행이여서 게스트하우스 숙박을 해도 될까 걱정했었는데, 무난히 묵었다 갔습니다! 토,일요일 이틀간 묵었는데, 토요일에는 주말여행을 온 일본인 아가씨들이 밤 늦게까지 리빙룸에서 놀다가 아침일찍 짐챙기고 나갈준비하는통에 잠을 잘 못잤습니다. 이건 도미토리니까 예상했었구요 ㅋㅋㅋ 일요일은 저랑 엄마 스웨덴분 셋이서 묵어서 매우 조용했고, 잠도 잘 잤습니다. 시설은 전체적으로 새 것 같이 깨끗했고, 관리도 잘 되어있었습니다. 샤워실은 여성전용으로 물 빵빵히 잘나왔구요! 베드는 여성도미토리 한 방에 이층침대로 10명까지 묵을 수 있는 구조였구요, 이층침대 특징상 몸을 크게 뒤적거리면 1층까지 들썩 거리더군요 ㅋㅋㅋ 위치는 저는 만족 스러웠어요 쿄토역에서 버스로 10분 걸렸고 걸어서 한큐전철 카라스마역이 근처라 오사카 넘어갈때도 편히갔구요! 쿄토시내도 원하는 곳 30분 이내에 왔다갔다 할 만 했구요 마지막날 체크아웃하고나서도 짐을 오후까지 맡아주셨구요 저는 전체적으로 만족스러웠고 추천할만한 숙소라고 생각합니다

I just stayed one brief night but the service was good and the bed comfortable! The location was a tad bit far from some of the main sights, but closer to the downtown area. Easily solved with a bus ride.

新しく出来たばかりなので、とても清潔で、綺麗なお部屋でした、シャワーやトイレも快適でした。スタッフも物凄く感じが良くて、京都に行く際には是非また宿泊したいです。とにかく交通の便が良かったのが初京都なので助かりました。Ｗｉ-Ｆｉは無料ですし、パソコンも無料です。バスタオルは無いので持参をお願いします。
