Vraiment fantastique. Les employés sont très attentionnés et souriants. Ils sont très disponibles et nous aident si on a la moindre question. Tokyo est une très grande ville et on peut vite se sentir un peu perdu lorsqu'on visite pour la première fois, mais je me sentais toujours rassurée en rentrant a l'hôtel car je savais que des personnes étaient là pour m'aider. Vraiment merci, vous êtes le meilleur souvenir de mon voyage au Japon. J'ai juste trouvé dommage que la machine soit en panne dans la salle lounge(qui est super) car je suis une addict du café et j'ai du mal à m'en passer mais tout le reste était super. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

I loved how helpful the staff were. They ordered my taxi to the airport early in the morning. I also loved their burgers at the eating area where you can work, study, and enjoy covering with other people at the hotel. I recommend trying their burgers and morning menu.

This is the last place I’ll stay on my 3 week Japan trip, but it I’d known about it I would have moved around less. I’m writing this as I have their delicious (intercontinental) breakfast given I extended my stay from 1 night to 3. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with old architecture. If looking for izakayas or bars or partying look elsewhere. That said the common area is comfortable and social and the staff great. I made friends here. Went on walks, grabbed dinner, exchanged tips with fellow travelers. You won’t spend as much time in your room or bed here but you also might not leave the hotel as much it’s so easy lounge around. Great coworking vibe. It’s close to other historical neighborhoods and expansive and pretty Ueno park too. I’ll likely make this my first stop next trip. Perhaps my only. My only complaints: 1) mattress is thin and lumpy / hard. Door to shared room and lockers are metal so make for noise entry and exit.

The staff are so friendly, helpful, and considerate! I stayed in a shared women’s dormitory and it was surprisingly nice there. My first hostel experience and I would say this is even better than one of the hotels I’ve been to in Japan. The price is unbeatable for the service and amenities that you get here.
