Important Notice: Guests with tattoos (Japanese-style) must use a special seal before entering the beach area, outdoor garden pool, paid indoor pool, and paid natural hot spring bath. The special seal is available for purchase at the hotel's convenience store for 400 yen (including tax) per piece, approximately half the size of a postcard. Additionally, T-shirts and rash guards can be worn in the pools (indoor and outdoor).
Annual statutory inspection of the power receiving and transforming equipment will be conducted on the following dates. Due to this inspection, there will be a temporary power outage in hotel facilities and guest rooms. The inspection will take place on May 7, 2025 (Wednesday) from 0:00 AM to 5:00 AM (for guests staying at the hotel on May 6). Please note that the time may vary slightly depending on the approximate time of the work. Please ensure arrival by 10:00 PM. If you expect to arrive after 10:00 PM, please inform us.
Regular statutory inspection of the indoor pool will be conducted on the following dates. We regret to inform you that the indoor pool within "Blue Leaf" on the 2nd floor will be closed during the following period.
Inspection Period: September 9, 2025 (Tuesday) to September 12, 2025 (Friday) - 4 days, all day
Closed Facility: Only the indoor pool within "Blue Leaf" on the 2nd floor. The bath and gym within "Blue Leaf" will be available as usual during the above period. The indoor pool will resume normal operations from September 13, 2025 (Saturday).

Accommodation fees vary depending on the number of guests. Guests aged 6 and over are considered adults. If the number of guests at check-in differs from the number at the time of booking, additional charges may apply.
The outdoor pool and beach will be closed from November 4th to March 31st. The spa facility "Blue Leaf" (natural hot spring bath, gym, indoor pool) requires an additional fee.

The Jacuzzi tile of the indoor swimming pool located in the Blue Reef, a fee-based facility on the 2nd floor of the hotel, will be repaired urgently during the following period.
For the safety of our guests, the Jacuzzi will not be available during the construction period.
Construction period: Monday, June 9, 2025 - Thursday, June 26, 2025 (all day)
