Regarding the centralized air-conditioning system in the hotel.
The air conditioning system of the hotel is centrally controlled throughout the entire hotel.
It is not possible to switch heating/cooling by room.
During periods of extreme temperature differences, the property will switch heating and cooling by day or by day and night.

To follow the Invoice System, one receipt will be issued for each payment or transaction. Receipts that split the room fee for one night or for only part of the total amount cannot be issued.
