飯店相當簡約，但是非常感乾淨，若需刮鬍刀需自費購買。房間聽得到火車的聲音，但是還在可接受範圍內。裡地鐵或是火車站都非常近，交通很方便。

飯店右轉50公尺或左轉100公尺各有一間全家，右邊全家對面就是JR新今宮，從關西機場搭南海電鐵在新今宮下車走一段路可抵達，距離通天閣走路不到10分鐘，雖然在西成區，但近年大阪政府有在整治，主幹道安全性基本不用太擔心，單人房小歸小，冰箱電視桌椅廁所浴室洗手台該有的都有，奇蹟九連休中的1/2-1/4入住一晚約900台幣，非常適合獨旅。

Hotel was sufficient for me to stay during my visit to japan. There’s a convenience store (FamilyMart) near the hotel if you want to buy some snacks for the go. But not that far from the hotel are some restaurants that offer sushi or ramen. You have two train stations, one is Dobutsuen-Mae for Osaka Metro and the other one is Shin-Imamiya for the JR-Lines. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It's my second stay here. Both times the service and quality are consistent. Staffs are attentive and polite and the ones that served me spoke reasonable English. Considering it's a budget Inn, the size is actually better than APA at the same price range. Area is instead in the more relatively sketchy area in Japan. But compared to certain cities in North America that I have been to which are a lot worse in comparison, I was not worried at all staying at Hotel Pivot.

Inexpensive as it is away from the Namba area (city centre), but the Shinsekai shopping arcade is only a 5-minute walk. Of course, other areas of Osaka can be reached by subway, and a station is present almost just at the front door. The hotel is also not far from the Shin-mamiya station on the Nankai line to get from/to Kansai Airport. I lugged two bags (on wheels) from/to that station without difficulty. Facilities in the hotel commons are minimal but quite alright for a tourist that will be exploring outside anyway. You can rent a bike too from the hotel but I had not done so during my visit. The time window in which you can request your room be cleaned is rather restrictive: only certain days of the week and before 9 am. There are kettles, irons available but you have to ask; they are not in the room. The hallways on the guest floor are winding and narrow, but the single-person room I had was spacey: the size of a normal bedroom, unlike the small single-person room at APA Hotel I got at Tenma some years ago. Air conditioning, refrigerator, and bathroom/shower were in perfect order for me. There were ample electrical sockets with USB as well. No issues with wifi. Staff was friendly and courteous. I understand Japanese so communication was not a problem for me, but I suppose you might encounter difficulty if you tried to ask for something complicated (like directions) in English.

Sangat cocok untuk solo traveller. Kamar cukup untuk satu orang. Kamar dan kamar mandi juga sangat bersih. Lokasi sangat bagus. Sangat dekat dengan JR, kereta bawah tanah dan Nankai. Ada juga Don Quijote untuk berbelanja. Tidak ada setiap hari. Cleaning, jika perlu dibersihkan, hubungi resepsionis, tetapi saya tidak membutuhkan bantuan petugas kebersihan. Buat saya enak tidak diganggu. Kopi gratis disediakan di pagi hari dan saya meminumnya setiap hari agar tetap energik dan merasa nyaman saat bepergian. Nilai CP tinggi. Tidak ada ketel air panas di kamar. Harus ke lobi lantai 1 untuk memasangnya. Hanya ada air panas tapi tidak ada air dingin. Tempat tidur sebenarnya tidak sulit untuk berbaring, tapi bantalnya agak keras. Perlengkapan mandi dapat diambil di area persediaan di lobi, tapi saya tidak pernah memintanya. Karena hotel ini memiliki jalan utama dan rel kereta api di sisi lain, kebisingan yang dapat dihalangi oleh jendela berlapis ganda terbatas. Kamar yang saya tempati kali ini tepat di tengah. Meskipun masih ada kebisingan dari kereta yang lewat, pada dasarnya tidak berpengaruh. Disarankan untuk check-in Staf meminta kamar di tengah.

Super close to Shinsekai, great location. Train station within 1-2 min walking distance. 35min walk from dotonburi. Staff were super friendly, room was very clean and had everything I needed. Great stay 10/10 no kitchen facilities in room but didn’t matter as they’ve got a kitchen area near the lobby which is free to use. Free coffee available from 5am - 11pm which was a lifesaver!

Tempat parkir sepertinya sudah dipesan, jadi harap hubungi kami terlebih dahulu untuk mendapatkan petunjuk. Biayanya sekitar 5000 yen. Semua kamar adalah tipe terpisah. Kamar mandi (tanpa bak mandi), toilet Ada toko serba ada dan Don Quijote (supermarket) dalam jarak berjalan kaki, sehingga nyaman untuk berbelanja makanan, jalan-jalan, dan bisnis. 1 F (lobi masuk) Toilet, laundry, dapur, meja tempat duduk, dll. Kamar tamu dari lantai 2 dan seterusnya Tidak hanya eksteriornya yang unik, tetapi juga lorong-lorongnya juga unik.

Hotel ini baru saja direnovasi dan sangat bersih. Lokasinya bagus karena dekat dengan tempat wisata. Satu-satunya penyesalan adalah ada rel kereta api di depan saya. Saya tidak bisa tidur karena suara keras kereta ekspres yang berangkat di pagi hari. Orang yang gugup tidak bisa tidur. 3000 Per malam dengan dukungan perjalanan. Fasilitas dan layanan adalah kebutuhan minimum. Baru saja direnovasi dan sangat bersih.

Kamarnya bersih dan bagus. Saya menginap dengan seorang teman di kamar double, tetapi tempat tidurnya disatukan. Lebih baik digunakan oleh pasangan atau orang tua yang memiliki anak? Saya pikir lokasinya bagus karena dekat dengan stasiun kereta api, tetapi satu-satunya hal yang buruk adalah gedung di sebelahnya. Itu tampak seperti bangunan keagamaan yang misterius, dengan video aneh diputar selamanya dan pertemuan-pertemuan mencurigakan terjadi di sana.
