We stayed in a double room with mountain view for one night. We hoped to get a good view on Mt. Fuji while soaking in the private Jaccuzi but unfortunately, due to bad weather, there was no view whatsoever. However, the private Jacuzzi was still a very great experience, regardless of the weather. The room was also extremely spacious and clean. The beds were really comfortable and the room was equipped with a huge tv, a microwave, a mini fridge and a water dispenser. You can also change the color of the lighting in the room. The staff was also very friendly. The hotel is a little remote from the center, so we had to walk a few minutes to the next shops and restaurants but in turn, we really got to enjoy the peace and quiet of this hotel. We will definitely stay in this hotel again, next time we visit Japan.

予約していたお部屋ではなく　デラックスタイプのお部屋をお使いくださいと　言われとても親切だと思いました。部屋の中に電子レンジやウォーターサーバーなどがありゆっくり　くつろぐ事ができました。ただ　サウナがある部屋でしたので早速入りましたが、思ったより緩くて　そこは残念ですそれ以外は大満足でした又利用したいと思います。

過去の口コミからおおよそのホテルの知識は持っていたのですが、リセプションの対応、アメニティー、朝食のサービスについては大変満足いくものでした。時節柄新型コロナウイルス感染の心配も無いといえば嘘になりますが、実際入室後のホテル側の準備に不安は払拭されました。

이호텔은 이가격에 진심 돈을 벌생각이 있는 호텔일까라는 의문이 들정도로 좋았어요 모텔을 개조한호텔인거 같은데 조식 룸 크기 룸안에 스파욕조까지.. 그리고 방안에 노래방기계..ㅋㅋ 세탁기 건조기 다 무료이용이네요 그리고 한국 와이프를 둔 일본직원분 진심 좋았어요! 고텐바 아울렛까지 차로 5분걸립니다. 진짜 강추합니다.
