A hotel i've stayed at many times. Good value, decent sized room. Sometimes noisy guests but they provide earplugs. Free drinks and shaved ice in the lobby, and the area around it is a bit rowdy but lots to see and do, right next to the Tennoji zoo and Tsutenkaku tower, also right near a very convenient train station and subway station! If you don't mind the area(it's safe, but quite a bit of homeless people) it's a great place to stay!

호텔 선플라자 II 별관(Annex)를 포함하여 이 그룹 호텔에서 지금까지 총 3번 묵었습니다. 절대적인 퀄리티가 최고라고는 할 수 없으나, 2~3인 숙박 시 인당 1박에 1만원대라는 것 감안하면 매우 훌륭합니다. 지하철 및 난카이/JR 역이 도보 5분 거리 내에 있고, 조금만 더 걸으면 신세카이 지구, 츠텐가쿠, 덴덴타운에 접근 가능합니다. 리셉션 직원분들도 항상 친절했습니다. 침구류 및 화장실, 샤워실 등의 청결도 및 위생 상태도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 다만 객실에서 한번씩 퀴퀴한 냄새가 날 때도 있었지만, 참을 수는 있을 정도였습니다. 앞으로도 오사카 방문 시 꼭 이용할 예정입니다.

Très bon emplacement. Métro au pied de l' hôtel et gare JR a 150m station Shin imamiya. Endroit animé vous avez la tour tsutenkaku dans le quartier animé rétro Shinsekai en face de l' hôtel ainsi que le zoo et plus haut le parc tennoji. Dontomburi est a 20mn a pied.

방 2개를 예약해 7층, 8층 각 1개씩 배정받았습니다. 객실은 딱 잠만 잘 수 있도록 되어있는 구조입니다. 방에 구비된 것은 매트, 베개, 이불과 작은 탁상, 냉장고, 텔레비전이 전부입니다. 화장실, 세면대, 샤워실은 공용입니다만, 생각보다는 많이 붐비진 않았고, 위생 상태도 좋았습니다. 이 호텔의 최대 장점은 위치입니다. 바로 앞에 지하철 미도스지선/사카이스지선 도부츠엔마에역이 있어 교통이 매우 편리합니다. 또한 도보 3분이면 신세카이 지역, 지하철 10분이면 난바에 접근 가능해 이 두 지역을 투숙하는 동안 거의 집앞처럼 돌아다니면서 즐겼습니다. 한 가지 치명적인 단점이라면 방음이 너무 안 돼 옆 방 소리가 다 들리고 밤엔 소곤소곤 이야기해야 한다는 점.. 귀마개를 무료로 제공하긴 합니다만, 그래도 이 부분은 많이 아쉽네요. 아무튼 1박에 인당 2만원 언저리의 저렴한 호텔 치고는 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 객실과 관련해 문제가 발생했을 때 직원분께서도 최대한 친절하게 도와주셔서 잘 해결했습니다. 덕분에 오사카 여행을 저렴하게 잘 끝마칠 수 있었습니다. 다음에 또 오사카 여행을 한다면 재방문할 의향이 있습니다.

Excellent location, very good amenities & staffs. Absolutely loved the heater that kept us warm during the winter nights. It’s a tight space for 3 of us but that’s what you get for the price. The walls are paper thin so you have to be quiet at night. There’s only 1 lift and 1 shower (located on the first floor).
