This hotel is located at central Tokyo but provide quiet rooms. It was my second stay at this hotel after being happy with my previous stay, as the hotel staff were kind and helpful, and provided good service. It has a good value of money, especially for 2-3 occupancies in a room.
In winter, the air is dry in Tokyo, and using air-condition makes air even drier. Having an air cleaner and humidifier in a room helped my sleeping. This machine has unfortunately only Japanese labels – ask the reception to help out.
A new breakfast service started in September 2019, and it was a great improvement since my last stay. Although the price is relatively high, there were wide range of food from Japanese to European/American with New Year special menu, and the quality of food is good – simple fruits but they were flesh, not from tin. Breakfast is served at a restaurant Balcony, next building. Restaurant staff were so friendly and kind, and enjoyed talking with them.
There were a few comments about electrical sockets, but for me, the one under the desk next to the bed was close enough to extend a cable in the bed. It was not a problem to me.
