ライブの際に利用させていただきました。チェックインの前に荷物も預かっていただき大変助かりました。横浜駅西口を出てすぐの場所にあり、迷わずに行けてわかりやすくて助かりました。横浜駅もすぐなのでショッピングも楽しめます。ホテルは綺麗で　朝食はバイキングでした。プチ贅沢を味わいました。また利用したいです。

Saya menginap di sana selama satu malam. Staf resepsionisnya sopan dan memberi saya kesan yang baik. Anda dapat merasakan sejarah dari interior hotel. Ada bagian-bagian antik di beberapa tempat, dan bagi seseorang yang lahir di era Showa, itu terasa seperti nostalgia. Lokasi dekat Stasiun Yokohama juga sangat bagus. Sangat nyaman untuk naik kereta dalam waktu sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki.

Saya melakukan reservasi menggunakan situs web perjalanan dan tergantung pada hari dalam seminggu, saya bisa menginap dengan harga yang sangat wajar dan menurut saya kinerja biayanya juga sangat bagus.

Meski dekat dengan Stasiun Yokohama, ada beberapa tempat yang tidak memiliki penyeberangan dari permukaan tanah, sehingga bisa membingungkan. Saya tidak berpikir Anda akan tersesat jika pergi dari bawah tanah jika Anda bisa pergi ke sana. Kamarnya tua dan kotor, colokan listrik sangat sedikit sehingga sulit digunakan. Selain itu, ada sisa air setengah minum di lemari es dan meja pelanggan sebelumnya ( Dan saya khawatir apakah mereka membersihkannya dengan benar. Sangat membantu karena harganya masuk akal, tetapi saya ingin kamarnya memiliki rasa kebersihan.

Saya memesan lebih awal dan mendapat akomodasi yang cukup murah. Navitime mengarahkan kami ke jalur bawah tanah dari Stasiun Yokohama, tetapi ada kalanya Anda tidak bisa pergi ke sana pada malam hari, jadi lebih baik berjalan di atas tanah agar tidak tersesat. Peralatannya cukup tua. Agak merepotkan karena tidak ada stop kontak di dekat bantal. Itu adalah ruang merokok, tapi koridornya penuh dengan bau, tapi baunya tidak terlalu buruk. Saya menghargai waktu check-out standar jam 11 pagi sehingga saya bisa meluangkan waktu di pagi hari. Pagi itu memuaskan. Saya senang dengan lokasi, kamar dan fasilitasnya. Itu nyaman dan saya memiliki waktu yang normal. Namun, resepsionisnya cukup ceroboh. Meskipun saya mengajukan pembayaran lokal melalui Rakuten Travel, saya diminta untuk mendapatkan kwitansi dari Rakuten. Resepsionisnya membuat kesalahan dan menagih saya dengan harga lebih rendah untuk tempat parkir. Meskipun saya menunjukkannya, tidak apa-apa. Saya menjelaskan situasinya kepada petugas parkir dan membayar jumlah yang benar sebagai tambahan. Selain itu, saya tidak bisa mendapatkan tanda terima biaya parkir di meja depan. Saya menelepon hotel lagi keesokan harinya dan meminta tanda terima biaya akomodasi dan parkir. Orang di telepon tersebut tidak meminta maaf pada awalnya. Saya mungkin tidak akan pernah tinggal di sana lagi.
