Recommended! We had a great time in kyoto and were really impressed by the new super stylish hotel, the spacious room space, the amazing shower, the wonderful lobby, the pleasant amenities, and the 24hour coffee, juice, and snacks. Both the subway and bus stations are nearby. Im grateful.

Hotel ini sangat tenang. Lokasinya dekat Karasuma Oike. Exit 2 dekat dengan hotel, tetapi Anda harus naik tangga. Ada lift di Exit 3, jadi Anda bisa naik tangga. Letaknya di seberang persimpangan, jadi Anda harus melewati dua lampu lalu lintas.

The location is good, right next to the metro exit with a convenience store and a local supermarket nearby. Free bread and drinks 24 hours a day. The selection of bread is great and tastes so good! The staff is very nice and helpful. Even though they couldnt speak english fluently, they tried their best to communicate with us. We asked them if they could help arrange for luggage to be sent to the hotel in osaka one day before check out. They helped us call the hotel in osaka and confirmed it was possible. And then on the day we checked out, they remembered us and had already prepared the courier form for shipping the luggage. From the details of small things i can see how they care about their customers.

We had a fantastic fournight stay at insomnia kyotokyoike. The location was excellent, just a 2minute walk from the subway station. The staff there were very friendly and attentive. I arrived in the pouring rain with two large suitcases. The receptionists graciously offered me a towel to dry my hair and helped wipe my suitcases. Super impressed with their service! We also enjoyed the 24hour lounge with free drinks! I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Very nice boutique hotel close to subway station. Staff was super friendly. Modern room furnishing with comfortable bed and washroom layout. Complimentary 24/7 coffee and breads and pastries was a nice perk. Highly recommend.

離地鐵站還算近大廳整天都有點心飲料能吃還有腳踏車可以借服務員很親切有個小缺點就是洗衣機跟烘乾機只有各一台人多的時候要等很久而且烘乾機的強度非常不夠除此之外都很棒

So glad we chose this hotel for our 3 night trip. It's pretty new and they have really got it right. The staff are all so helpful and pleasant. The room (superior twin) was small, but big enough for two. Very comfortable bed and exceptional shower. What makes this hotel even better is the social space on the ground floor. Free coffee, juice, and all manner of breads and pastries at all times of the day. Reasonably priced wine and beer and free nibbles to go with them. Comfy sofas and a turntable for some lovely vinyl sounds to accompany drinks and chat. It was never over-busy but always had a good atmosphere. It was 30 mins stroll to the "old Kyoto' area, and close to Nishiki market area. Tube station Karusuma Oike just a short walk away - 3 stops from here to Kyoto station, just 5 mins. They held on to our bags on the final day whilst we were out and about to enjoy our last hours. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - they are a great plus for this excellent hotel.

Tidak ada air matang di kamar, jadi semua botolan) Siapkan payung matang dan bisa dipinjam kapan saja Tersedia empat sepeda untuk dipinjam Interior ruangan sangat hangat dan perlengkapan kamar mandinya mewah. Staf pelayanan hotel sangat baik dan membuat Anda merasa betah. Anda dapat menyimpan barang bawaan Anda untuk sementara. Ini jelas bukan hotel bisnis biasa, Anda tidak akan menyesal jika Anda datang ke sini! Nilai CP sangat tinggi Di lobi Anda dapat melihat wisatawan dari seluruh dunia menikmati sarapan.
