I felt lost being in Japan, and I stayed here. I had a quick layover, and decided on this place. Coming here I was delighted. The guy at the front desk helped me with my (silly) questions. I had no idea what I was doing, and he pointed me in the right direction and routing of the trains.
The room I stayed in was a dorm, I was thinking the worst. But, the room was clean and I had enough space to put my bags down and take a rest. I wish I would have stayed longer. The lounge area is very ambient. The music when I was there was good, and enjoyable. It seems like a nice place to kick back and have a brew.
I would recommend coming here if you have a layover, or want to spend a day or two exploring what Narita has to offer.
