Mandarin Oriental Tokyo was a fantastic way to begin our Tokyo tour! We stayed here for 4 nights prior to our cruise and absolutely loved the hotel. Staff was professional and delightful to be around, food was great in the restaurants and room service. Rooms were spacious, comfy and clean with amazing views of the Tokyo skyline!

Great location for getting around Tokyo by subway or walking. Lounge area too small and not very inviting. At the prices if this hotel, mini bar items should be included ( except alcohol) .

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. It is fabulous. So relaxing. It was hard to leave it to go out and see Tokyo; I could have stayed there the whole time! We decided that we had the best food of our trip in the Oriental lounge on 2 occasions. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I love the international feel of the staff From the front to housekeeping and the restaurant staff I would like to extend my thanks to the young man who helped us on our first day as well as to Chou and Charlene who helped us get our feet under us during first 24 hours in Tokyo This is why the Mandarin has the reputation it has.

It’s a bit surprising that the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Tokyo isn’t as well known as some other luxury hotels near Tokyo Station. Perhaps its slightly more distant location plays a role. However, it was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Tokyo, offering a perfect blend of contemporary elegance and traditional ambiance, along with exceptional service.

Pros: The staff went over and beyond. The bar had incredible views. The bath was huge and amazing. The bed was very comfortable. Overall excellent stay. Cons: It is pricey, but I wish I had stayed longer. Could also do with more vegetarian food options.

Eu já conheço essa rede há muito tempo. Posso afirmar que são os melhores do mundo no que se propõe a fazer. Não tem four season, ritz Carlton, st Regis e etc…. Ele está uma prateleira acima. O único que não aconselho da rede, é o de NY. Este não justifica o grande nome da rede Mandarin

-Only one pet per room is allowed, and pets are not allowed in on-site facilities.
-Please be sure to use a pet cart or carrier case when moving your pet outside of your guest room.
