This is of no fault to the hotel but if youre in a room facing the street, it can get loud because of construction. I had a hard time sleeping due to the noise.

Hotel ini berada di lokasi yang sangat bagus, hanya 5- 10 menit berjalan kaki dari Stasiun Kyoto Kawaramachi. Staf di resepsionis tidak terlihat dan sangat nyaman. Terdapat satu sachet deterjen di kamar yang sangat membantu. Sepertinya kamar dibersihkan setiap tiga hari sekali, jadi sebaiknya Anda mencuci handuk sendiri.

The only issue is that I needed to call a taxi. Our child was very tired to get to our next destination. We asked the front desk staff to call us a taxi. They said Taxis don’t pick people up at hotels in Japan. You have to go to them. They told us we’d have to walk 30minutes to Kyoto station to get a taxi. Doing our research I don’t think that is the case. It made it quite difficult for us trying to help our little or who was also 16hours jet lagged. I wish they would have suggest the taxi app if they didn’t feel like calling a text for us. Other than this issue everything was perfect.

Il n'y avait personne à l'accueil, il fallait rentrer le code donné avec la réservation pour entrer dans l'hôtel. La chambre était belle grande et propre. Pour le prix, c'est un vrai deal! De plus, c'est très bien situé dans le Gion.

Modern and clean apartment with lots of amenities. We loved the tatami room that we could use for lounging and futons we could sleep on at night. All the beds and futon were extremely comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We had a nice and quiet rest every night.

Great location and spacious unit, with separate hallway that has a shower room, a toilet room and a washer/ dryer. Walkable to many great areas/restaurants/train station. Our room had two twin beds and three futon. I would suggest 5 max in this configuration

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The superior doible room with tatami mats was quite possibly the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The location was impeccable, the staff helpful, check in and out were easy and the room itself was gorgeous. Highly recommend staying here and will likely be returning if I get the chance to come back to Kyoto again!
