Jun is a wonderful host, the best we've had in 4 trips to Niseko, can't do enough for you. Very comfortable rooms and Jun will drive you to all local slopes. Great Japanese tapas or hotpots across the road. Jun also took us to several great restaurants that we would never have found.

When i made the booking i was expecting a regular lodge where one just bunks in for the night after a long ski day. However, we got much much more. The lodge's manager, Jun Setsu went far and beyond what was required of him and made our stay an unforgettable one with services that beats a 5 star hotel/resort.
They have a cute little bath and washing machine and Jun whips up an amazing breakfast. He even note that we have a particular brand of yogurt and got that for us on the second morning instead of the usual one he provided on the first morning. He also went to assist the other guests in the lodge when one of them got hurt and was unable to communicate well with the hospital.
He provided good advice on the know hows and make careful arrangements to take us to onsen every evening.
