Important
・This property is for adults only and children under 12 years old are not allowed to stay. The minimum age for children to stay: 13 years old.
・We do not accept group reservations for more than 5 guests per group.
・Please note that different conditions and surcharges may apply for reservations of more than 5 guests in 3 rooms (according to the property's policy).
・Please contact the hotel if you arrive after midnight or later than the scheduled check-in time.
・Extra beds are not available.

Cleaning during your stay
・Amenities and towels will be changed and replenished daily.
・Sheets and room clothes will be changed once every 4 days during cleaning.
・For guests staying 4 nights or more, the room will be cleaned once every 4 days by our cleaning staff for hygiene reasons.
・Please let us know your preferred date when you check in.

Parking lot
・Paid multi-story parking lot is available (first-come, first-served basis; advance reservations are NOT accepted and once parked your car, you cannot enter or leave the parking lot).
・Size restrictions (car height: 2.0m / car width: 1.8m / car length: 5.0m)
・Usage fee: 1,500 yen per night
・2:00 PM to 11:00 AM the next day
・There are many inexpensive metered parking lots nearby.

Guests sending luggage to the property prior to arrival must indicate guests' names and check-in date on the luggage.
The property can store up to 5 packages per guests at no additional charge. Fees apply for the 6th item onward.
Please note that food or any items that require refrigeration are not accepted.

In accordance with ordinance regulations, the following accommodation tax will be charged separately when check-in.
If the room rate is 19,999 yen or less per night]: 200 yen per person per night
If the room rate is between 20,000 yen and 49,999 yen per night: 500 yen per person per night.
If the room charge is 50,000 yen or more per night]: 1,000 yen per person per night
The property does not accept groups occupying more than 2 rooms.
The property does not accept requests for room type changes. If you have a preferred room type, please make a reservation for that specific room type.

[Notice of conversion of all guest rooms to non-smoking rooms]
The 3rd floor of our hotel used to be a smoking floor, but as part of the measures to prevent secondhand smoke, we have decided to make all rooms non-smoking.
Schedule for room renovation (planned) - Beginning of December 2024 - Mid-January 2025
＊During this period, there will be temporary construction noise, etc.
＊All guest rooms will become non-smoking after the construction is completed. If you wish to smoke, please use the outdoor smoking area adjacent to the lounge on the ground floor.
Please be advised that the reservations for smoking rooms will no longer be available at any time due to the transition.
(Guests who have already made reservations will be able to use the smoking rooms as scheduled.)

[Notice of power outage due to legal inspection of electrical equipment]
The inspection of electrical equipment as required by law will be carried out to ensure that the guests can stay with comfort.
We will experience a temporary power outage in all areas of the hotel on the following dates and time as below informed.
