出張で泊まりました。三宮駅駅から近いのは便利ですが、新神戸駅からだと少し時間がかかります。そのため、出張の前泊で使用予定の方は、移動ルートを考えておくことをお勧めします。お風呂の水圧は少し弱めでした。部屋についていきなりお風呂に浸かりたい方は、まずは部屋に入り次第お風呂のお湯を張り始めることをお勧めします。

所用でチェックインが夜中になり、「サービス」を評価する機会、材料が少なかったので、満点は差し上げませんでしたが、必要十分の応対をして戴けました。帳場のある一階から、四階より上にある食堂、客室に行き来する昇降機はかなり狭く、これは不便と言えば不便です。部屋は清潔で、ゆっり休めました。wifiも快適です。浴衣の備え付けを改め、必要な宿泊客が帳場脇で受け取り、部屋に行く方式でした。これで不便を感じる客もいるはずですが、私は特に困りませんでした。神戸三宮、三ノ宮にほど近く、用務地への往来にも便利でした。出張での利用ながら、思い出に残る旅になりました。

神戸の友人を訪ねた際に利用しました。文句なし。朝ごはんまでついてきてWifiまであって最高でした。部屋も新しくはないですがとっても綺麗で満足です。立地も三宮駅から徒歩でいけます。

The staff is very nice, but they don't speak much English. Rooms are small, very old, no wardrobe. Mold on the bathroom curtain. Air conditioning blows into your bed, no way to open the window.

全般的に古い印象はぬぐえません。へやも狭く、冷蔵庫は閉まりにくく、無理に閉めると中身がこおり、きゅうりや茹で玉子がだめになりました。一週間ほどの滞在ですが、膝などにぶつぶつがでました。朝ごはんはコムシノワのパンが食べ放題で焼いてくださいます。毎日でる茹で玉子なのにほとんどが殻に白身がくっついてボロボロにしないと剥けません。孔をあければつるんと剥けるようになるのに。建物は古いけど工務店が建ててるので、震災の時も無傷だったとのことで安全ではありそうです。コインランドリーやレンジがないので不便でした。

三宮駅に近く便利でした。今回、大きなトランクがあり、チェックアウトの際、一時預かってもらったのですが、保管場所がロビーにそのままで、預かりタグもなく不安でした。できれば人目のつかない保管場所があればと思います。

สามารถเดินจากสถานีรถไฟทั้ง JR และ Subway Sannomiya ติดถนนใหญ่ เดินประมาณ 10 นาที ถามคนแถวนั้นไม่รู้จักต้องใช้ Google map คอยช่วย คนญี่ปุ่นวัยทำงานมาพักเยอะ ของในห้องก็มีเท่าที่จำเป็นจริงๆ ตู้เย็น กาน้ำร้อน แต่ไม่มีแก้วน้ำร้อนให้ มีแก้วน้ำดื่ม ไดร์ TV แต่ดูไม่ได้ ถ้าจะดูต้องซื้อบัตรไปเติม โดยรวมแล้วก็โอเคค่ะสะดวกดี

翌日ゴルフ（三木方面）のために大阪で宴会の後泊まりました。遅くに入り、早くに出たのですが、フロントの応対は親切で気持ち良く、また朝食のサービスも心地よかった。価格からみれば大変満足。駅に近いのもありがたかった。
