チェックインが対面なしで出来て、個人的には満足でした。無料でアップグレードされており、ダブルベッドのお部屋になってました。ベッドがシモンズ製で、寝起きに身体が痛くなる私でも身体が痛くならず快適でした！低い枕を貸し出ししてもらった際の研修の方の対応がよかったです！朝食込みのプランでしたが、店員さんの対応も良く、美味しく、満足でした！

Ｋアリーナでのライブのため宿泊しました。徒歩で行き来出来るのがとても良かったです。コンビニも隣にあり、駅も近く、利便性は最高でした。スタッフの方々の対応も丁寧で、機会があればまた利用したいと思います！

Very close to Yokohama Station just few min walk. I booked deluxe twin room with a futon sofa and Japanese style bathroom. Quite spacious in a city area. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. They provided not only green tea bags but also black tea bags and coffee and creamers. The only bad thing was it’s so close to the rail u may hear the trains, but not disturbing unless u open the windows. I still had good sleep.

コンビニとカフェが併設されていて、ドラッグストアも徒歩5分、羽田空港行きの京急線入り口がちかくて、最高でした。ホテルの入り口前面道路は、ゴミゴミしていなくて交通量少なめなので、タクシー乗り降りも焦らずできます。スタッフさんとやりとりすることが少ないでしたが、ごあいさつもしてくださりますし、みなさん感じが良かったです。私たちはユニットバスが広めのお部屋でした。水道水に浄水システムを導入されてるようで、とてもよかったです。朝ごはんもサクッと頼めてすぐに出てきて時間がなくても食べられる感じでした。また泊まりたいです。
