I had an absolutely amazing stay with my family at the b namba-kuromon. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and professional staff, whose dedication to hospitality truly reflected the essence of Japanese culture and spirit. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay unforgettable. The room condition exceeded our expectations and was notably superior to other hotels in the area. The hotel was clean. Despite it being noisy outside, it was quiet in the room. Be advised that the rooms are very small. There were 3 of us in a room with 3 separate beds. We all fit, but it a little tight with our luggage. They definitely needed someone else at the desk during peak times because there was always a line. We were only there one night so it was perfect. If you are tall, the bathroom ceiling is low. I would return if I need a short stay of a day or two.

Yhis is our 1st time in Osaka so we decided to try this hotel as it is opposite of Koromo market. The hotel is near to the train station and all the shopping and dining areas so it is very convenient. We booked 2 rooms and were satisfied with the room service. The rooms were always cleaned when we were back. Best gesture from the hotel was to offer free coffee throughout the day and free snacks from 3-7pm for hotel guests which is very thoughtful. All the counter staffs were very friendly too. Strongly recommended.

난바 도톤보리 쿠로몬 시장 모두 도보 가능 전철역도 많이 멀지않고 주변 맛집 많아요. 화장실도 세면대와 샤워공긴이 분리되어 편해요. 단, 방크기는 크지 않음을 인지하셔야 합니다. 교통편리하고 좋은 위치라 재 방문의사 있어요.
