We had a wonderful break, hotel is situated just off the slopes in a quiet area of Niseko Village. Ski rental/ school and valet all on site. Hotel provides free shuttle bus to Kutchan and Hirafu area. We absolutely loved a complimentary onsen and thermal pool. We enjoyed lunch and buffet dinner. Room was nicely appointed and kept well cleaned.

Nice hospitality, espcially the staff called Riris from front desk. Always warm and caring. The location of the hotel also very convenient. recommend! also free shuttle bus to village or anywhere else you need to go.

The hotel is located at Niseko Village, not too far from Hilton Niseko Village hotel. Compared to Grand Hirafu and Annupuri, Niseko Village hotel is more like a mini-resort area within Niseko, the demographics here are also a tad different from Annupuri with more foreign tourists and also more lesson groups using the slopes right in front of the hotel. It is probably more geared towards families and groups. The hotel itself is a ski-in, ski-out hotel with access to the beginners area of Niseko Village, near the "Banzai" and "Next Stage" slopes. The base of the Niseko Village slopes are pretty flat which involves a bit of walking to the lifts that would bring you to the higher slopes. The hotel also offers complimentary tickets to connect to Hilton Niseko Village side where there are a few shops and restaurants. The area itself has relatively few dining options except for the Village which can be expectedly pricey. It was the early season when I stayed here and managed to get a stay plan that includes dinner at Goshiki which is served buffet style with a range of hot items, a live station that changes dishes each day and a sushi area. The room is okay and comfortable but the design can come across a little "clinical" due to the lighting. There is a hot spring within the hotel and a ski-rental facility attached to it with lockers provided. It can get very very crowded in the morning and could get pretty chaotic with only two or three stations to register. Prices, ain't cheap for Niseko standards. There are shuttle bus services to some attactions nearby and Grand Hirafu which is complimentary. Compared to Annupuri, there are better connections here. The White Liner bus also stops outside the hotel (a short walk away).

When booking we requested a room suitable for 2 adults and a 4 year old child, and were subsequently assigned a “deluxe” room without any further discussion, so we assumed that was the most suitable room with a sofa bed or cot. However when we arrived we discovered that the deluxe room consists of a king bed, and that’s it. As a rule, the hotel assumes that any small children will simply share a bed with their parents. This was never discussed with us, at no point were our options explained to us prior to arrival. When we complained the staff were quite unapologetic and would not budge, we were told we could have an extra cot bed put in the room for approx AUS$120/night...ridiculously expensive when already paying so much for the room. Very disappointing.
