perjalanan saya sekeluarga 2 dewasa dan 2 anak (8 &10 tahun). pesan 2 kamar karena tidak boleh 1 kamar. selama 3 malam seharga total 15 jutaan dengan opsi breakfast 1dewasa 1 anak/ kamar. akan tetapi ketika mau turun sarapan, pihak hitel mengatakan tidak ada pesan BF dengan anak. hanya 1 dewasa 1 anak. komplain ke tiket.com. hanya minta maaf, sampai sekarang tidak ada info refund atau gimana. dan ketika kembalik ke indo, booking hotel di aingapore, sesampainya di singapore mau checkin, di kasih tau kalau pesanan hotel dari tiket.com di alihkan ke agoda oleh pihak tiketcom. dan di cancel oleh agoda tanpa ada penberitahuan sedikitpun. setelah komplain ke tiketcom, katanya mau refund 14 hari tanpa ada kompensasi apapun. dan saya akhirnya pesan hotel mendadak seharga 4 juta/malam utk 1 kamar. whats wrong with you tiketcom??? maaf. saya harus uninstall dan blacklist aplikasi kamu dari aplikasi perjalanan saya meskipun saya sudah platinum member.
