Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours may be subject to an additional charge.
For guests staying 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be done once a week in addition to the above.
*If you would like to exchange towels, etc. or collect garbage in the trash can, please stick the cleaning magnet provided inside the guest room door on the corridor side (outside) of the guest room door by 11:00 AM.
Please note that guests over 6 years old are considered as adults.
Please note that the hotel does not provide extra bed or baby cot in any room.
Regarding room cleaning, for guests staying 6 nights, we will replace towels, etc. and collect garbage in the trash can. No room cleaning.

Advance payment reservations are not compatible with Japan's domestic invoice system (eligible invoices/receipts).
Please note that if you make a reservation with advance payment, we will not be able to issue a receipt at the hotel.

During this period, there will be work that involves noise and smells depending on the time of day.
There will be no entry to your room during your stay.
