As the number of baby cribs are limited, reservations are required. Kindly contact the property in advance.
Children under 5 years old staying in a room with parents or guardians in a permanent bed stay free of charge.
In the case of consecutive nights, "simple cleaning" is a request system. If you wish, please put out a cleaning request tag in front of the door.
*Simplified cleaning means collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans.

For stays of 7 nights or more, room cleaning will be done once a week in addition to the simple cleaning mentioned above.
Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can.
*Additional room cleaning is available for an additional fee. Please contact the front desk for details.
Kitchen sets are available as lending equipment . They are available on a first-come, first-served basis and in limited quantities.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Please inform hotel for expected arriving time. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.

Advance payment reservations are not compatible with Japan's domestic invoice system (eligible invoices/receipts).
Please note that if you make a reservation with advance payment, we will not be able to issue a receipt at the hotel.
