I have visited but not stayed. Three floors but no lift, a large apparently well equipped gymnasium, but a lot of the cardio equipment does not work and is for show, a few bike bikes are actually in the corridor of the ground floor. for weights OK though, and personal trainers are available but English is not spoken by any of the staff on my three visits, so it is difficult for none Kazakh/Russian speakers.
The restaurant is actually the night club/Karaoke Bar, a Saturday night me plus 6 other customers. So not not a must see.
They do have one old copy of the menu in English and do have pork on the menu, BUT like a lot of these places only limited items on the menu are ever available.
