Unbelievable place to stay while filming wildlife in Amboseli. The magic begins when you walk to your room after checking in. The whole area is teeming with extraordinary wildlife. From the baboons through to the elephants - you just don't know where to look. The food was incredible - three courses each meal and on occasion a buffet. The rooms were fantastic, although in these Covid times, the electricity was switched off on occasion. Loved the space and the ambiance - whether it was bright sunshine or pouring rain, the bar is a fantastic place to sink a few Tuskers after a long day driving around the reserve. The staff were top quality, so a huge thanks to them. I really couldn' have wished for more - it was the perfect experience. I would recommend to anyone!

Spent two nights here with my family. Ken and his team really took care of us. We had a lovely room in the elephant wing and were lucky enough to have most of the animals quite close at the swamp. The service was great. Will definitely be back.

After all the time indoors we picked Ol Tukai to be our COVID break. The hotel is well appointed with friendly staff & delicious food. The rooms were amazing with our group having 4 rooms to the 8 of us. Special mention to Charles at the dinning hall took care of the 8 of us everyday; he knew all our needs. Kudos to him. While the pool was cold, it was exhilarating to swim with Kilimanjaro in the background. The wildlife just outside our doorstep made this the ultimate Wildlife Bedroom. I would return to Ol Tukai anyday. Note the hotel takes all COVID precautions from arrival to departure

Beautiful lodges, idyllically situated in the Amboseli Park, with a view on the Kilimandjaro and zebras, buffalo's, elephants passing just in front of the lodges. The park is beautiful, one can see a lots of animals. We recommend.

My wife and I stayed at Ol Tukai Lodge during the first half of our safari in early September, 2020 and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff wore face masks for COVID precautions, the service was good, all meals were very delicious, and our room was comfortable with a great view of the park. We could regularly see zebra, wildebeast, warthog, elephants, and antelopes from our room. Word of advice, be aware of the baboons and monkeys. They will try to take any loose objects you're carrying or food on your plate if you walk away. Very important to lock your room at all times as well, the baboons seem fearless. The lodge does have a Masaai warrior present to help keep the baboons away.
