We were welcomed warmly by the GM. The warmth and hospitality at every turn from staff to security guards was nothing short of exceptional. The cake cutting ceremony during the Sundowner exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for group functions. The rooms were neat and well equipped. The view of Ewaso Nyiro from the rooms was a pleasant sight to wake up to.

It was amazing. My husband was really happy and surprised. I was very happy. U exceeded my expectations
The rooms are very comfortable and the meals were fantastic. The entire stay was awesome. The trees around the lodge makes the place very cool

It all begins with the ever friendly security at the main gate! Just after we were welcomed by the wild African elephants. An elated Samburu cultural dressed lady welcomes you with a great smile as the every friendly team usher you in. The lodge has a cool relaxing feel with a natural spring flowing all over the lodge. Make sure to look out for Alex for the wonderful history lessons about the lodge and of-course the secret fish Spa experience that is a must do alongside the sundowner dinner that we didn’t get to do but shall definitely do when we visit next. The meals are top in class, Wycliffe made sure our rooms were clean always! The head of security (Leonard) was super helpful and accommodated my mechanic when our car got a small mechanical problem. All this time were under Alex's watchful eye always making sure that we enjoyed every bit of our stay. A surprise cake with song and dance was prepared for us with the ever jolly team! To cap this, Mike was on standby ready to take us for a park drive with various options (Bufallo springs, Shaba park) et al.
We can go on and on but to say that the trip was worth every coin and we are definitely going back. The hygiene standards and Covid protocols where high too. Alex takes the day as the Mr. fix it for any slow day. Thank you Sarova Shaba for the experience.

Great food, friendly staff soo ready to aid.
I love the way the staff sing as they bring a surprise cake!
And this guy Alex makes your day interesting. He is a charm. I am still laughing over the spa treatment😁😁😁

Absolute serenity, great amenities, great service and welcoming team, high hygiene standards and COVID 19 protocols. We had a great time as friends and enjoyed seeing the animals and had fun at the sun downer.
