first of all the staff here was extreme friendly and helpfull for our complete stay we had a 'culinair' arrangement. the food in the restaurant was tastefull, nicely presented and of good quality. (only when we had duck as main the meat was a bit overdone, and dry (as if it had been baked correct but then put in an oven for too long. But overall the diners were very good. breakfast had to be adapted because of Covid, and they did a good job with a combination of table service and packed buffet. The rooms were a bit outdated with a dusty carpet and no airco, small tv, a vault with a manual closing (turning 3 knobs with numbers)... But there was a seperate toilet and bathroom with two sinks and certainly enough space. location , close to echternach

While the hotel is dated, the food (breakfast with mimosas and gourmet dinner) was amazing. The pool and steam bath + sauna + pool were perfect after a long day hiking the trails. the checkin champagne was also a wonderful touch. This was our top hotel of our trip - also the most expensive but worth it!

A lovely old hotel that has a hint of elegance, charm and refinement but additions of modern too, especially the very nice pool and wellness facilities. The food was excellent, especially in the evening when the chef's very creative, tasty and artistic dishes hit all the right notes! The location is very nice too, five minutes out of Echternach by car. Loads of lovely walks from the front door and a bus stop too for Luxembourg city if you don't want to drive (50 mins). The gardens are nice for a breath of fresh air or just to take in the nature.

Fantastic 3 night stay. Staff so friendly and helpful. We had a balcony room overlooking the fountain. The birdsong was truly beautiful. Swimming pool complex very well kept. Breakfast self service was lovely. Cold food and hot. Coffee machine in the room so no tea. Toiletries in bathroom. Fantastic walks outside the door. Loved wolves walk. Can’t wait to go back as I highly recommend this hotel

we had a very good time. The group José Reyes and the flamenco dancer Jill did a fantastic job until early in the morning, congratulations, the buffet Espagnol was also very good, as the wines, nothing to complain. My friend was celebrating her birthday and the group did special favours to her by playing even more songs. thanks.well done, she was happy.
