1 Tebrau Premium Suite does not live up to its name as being premium suite. Those pictures in the booking.com are deceiving. The only thing that I was glad, we have a place to sleep for our 2 nights stay in Johor. Here are listing where they can improve. 1) Communication: I emailed them in the early week prior to my trip. No reply till Thursday, therefore I made an international call to them. I was greeted with a the receiver said that he was busy so WhatsApp my queries to him. I only received a reply a day before my trip and that too after I prompted them. 2) Apartment - kitchen window: It is a clear window which is along the corridor and people can see us inside. Totally no privacy and definitely not to our liking. We had to use towels to cover those windows. 3) Apartment - amenities: missing from what listed on the internet; a) there is a hairdryer box but no hairdryer, b) no shampoo only body wash, c) lights that working and not working at random time. 4) Apartment - overall: the apartment are run down and badly need maintenance especially the toilet in the master bed room. The master bedroom toilet drainage stink and ventilation is poor that makes the master room smell like toilet. The shared toilet is stink with cigarettes smell. The wallpaper are peeling off. The pillow need to be changed. There are so many I wanted to say but I shall stop here. Definitely not coming here again. We have stayed in a number of apartments before and sad to say that this is the worst. PS: too upset to take anymore picture of the apartments

We booked the family suite with 2 rooms. Place is brand new, well furnished and maintained. The only downside was the 2 rooms in the apartment which needed 2 separate keys to be opened. Everytime the door will close and you need to press the doorbell to ask someone to let you in. Not suitable when there are children. The pool was beautiful and we also enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Overall satisfactory

Apartment was nice and cozy.. Toilets very clean.. Not to worry, given 1 free parking per booking. 2nd car onwards chargeable RM1 per day. Swimming pool was superb. No to get own foods and drinks cos NO breakfast. Due to the place is very new, no counter staff. Need to call them directly. Please ask them to double check about the payment before or after your stay if its already settled cos I encounter given wrong information by the staff. And its a hassle for me to settle the payment when i'm back to homeland.

Was promised many amenities but not given. See attached photo, ref circle's are missing. Provided 3 towels when we book for 4. Although building seems new as many work in progress, room is in terrible state. See attached photos as they are self explanatory. Seems there is no maintenance. Kitchenette has microwave, stove, fridge, kettle but no utensils, are we ecosystem to bring along pots and pans? Initially was only given room card but no lobby/car park card. I had to demand they do something or we leave. Toilets are shared with shower but no shower curtains so everything get wet. Basically, don't stay!

Found this place on expedia a couple of days before the actual traveling. Have stayed at other similar apartment, Airbnb sort in Johor Bahru, so thinking this place should be similar. 1) The 'handler' or he preferred to be known as 'host' sent a guide to the apartment prior to our arrival, upon going through, seems like a decent guide. However, it was the total opposite. 2) It does not explain where exactly to park, to enjoy the complimentary parking fee. 3) Once you finally arrived at the car park, the guide does not tell you clearly which access card to use, since you are given 2 cards. Anyway, only 2 cards available, just tried either 4) Car park is kind of like still under major renovation, so will be very dusty 5) The apartment is not exactly at a prime easy access location, without a car. There is no nearby convenient store. 6) The swimming pool is filled with algae. Do not think the management nor the operator of the place understand the health impact on this. 7) The unit we are in, filled with red ants. Fatal, as required some prescriptive drug later to cure such nasty bites. 8) TV, does not work. 9) Hot water, is seriously hot, totally can't bath with hot water. 10) There is no way any family can cook in the unit. There are only plates, utensils, no stove, no cooking gas. 11) There is no shower gel, shampoo etc 12) Not all windows come with curtain 13) Walk way to the apartment looks a bit messy and dirty. As no one may have cleaned the place for some time. 14) Host speaks very little English. 15) Don't bother asking security guards where to park, where are things etc, they know nothing. Overall, bad. Stay away from this place.
