The lobby looks fine .
The staircase looks gloomy .
The receptions are pleasant looking but can’t communicate well in English .
The bedsheets are stained and I told the housekeeper to change but it did not happened . The room looks horrible , no proper amenities.
The toilet floor is dirty .
Shampoo and soap are half filled .
The environment smell of cigarettes
Not a conducive environment. Not suitable for family stay

The bedsheet is with dirty yellow stain..And the ceiling wall painted is off.The management need to take note on this and improve .Aircond is not cold at all.the hope management will renovate it and make it cleanliness next time

Stayed in a deluxe room and family room. The bathroom was dirty. It was gross. The air cond in the deluxe room stopped few times at midnight. No value for money. The price was for a three star hotel but the quality doesn't match three star hotel.

The room & bed are quite clean. But the bathroom is gross. No cleaning on the walls & sink. Looks like the keeper only cleans the toilet bowl and the floor. Please do a DEEP cleaning to your toilets. (and pls pay attentionn the walls, sink and shower as well. Not only floor & toilet bowl). I know its a budget hotel, but dirty is not an excuse.

Stayed during stop over, staff were nice- hourly charge with a minimum of 4 hrs found it expensive - on arrival no Coffee or refreshments available (12am) Should at least have been offered considering the price paid - ensure you eat first before checking in - as checkin time is when the timer starts
